Even though I've always found Arnav and Anjali's bond really sweet but today I was very disappointed.
Let's admit it , we all watch the show for Arhi not for Arnav and Anjali. It's a love story not a sibling relation story.
And also Anjali disappointed me because whenever it comes to Arnav , he has always chosen Anjali over Khushi (even to an extent that he chose to marry the girl who according to him destroyed him and his family) but today for the first time when Anjali was made to choose between Shyam and Arnav , she chose Shyam. And yes , I do understand it's not easy for her to cope with such a tragic truth about the person she worships but that doesn't mean that she should distance herself from the brother , who despite being the younger sibling has always played the role of an elder one.
A brother for whom the entire world (including the love of his life) is on one side and his sister is on one side. And I say this because of the Arhi hug we witnessed today , Arnav was taken aback by Khushi's hug who still couldn't believe that at last he's safe , in his house and in front of her eyes , but Arnav on the other hand , seemed distracted. Yes , I understand that the feeling of being rejected by his mother figure , his Di , shattered him but I hope he doesn't distant himself from the one woman who can lay down her life for him without thinking twice.
1. Arnav was distracted by Anjali's rejection (not that I'm complaining cause I completely understand and it's only natural for him to react this way)
But in this entire rejection , did he by any chance forget that he was so close to loosing his wife today ? That he was literally begging her to not leave him ?
2.Anjali on the other hand was so shattered by her baby brother's accusations on her husband that she completely forgot that this is the same brother who had been kidnapped for the past 15 days.
So does that mean that Anjali has blindly decided to choose Shyam over Arnav , while Arnav is torn in chosing between Khushi and Anjali (Though I personally think he would chose Anjali again)
And between all this there is one person , who silently observes the pain of her husband and his sister , helpless yet wanting to do almost anything possible to make it right between the brother and sister. But will she once again sacrifice the one thing she fought so hard for ? Will she leave RM so that they wont suffer because of her.
My Favorite Moments :
1. The way Arnav said he trusts Khushi looking straight in her eyes.
2. Nani today proved why she is the head of the family. Even she had immense faith in Shyam , yet she looked at it from a different perspective. She knew if her chotte did it , then he must have done it for some valid reason. The way she wanted to comfort Khushi (only to be stopped by Mami) and the way she chose to question Arnav about why he thought so , sensibly without getting emotional.
3. Nani and Mami's bond. The way Mami wept on her lap and the way Nani held onto Manorama's hand , made me go awww.
4. The most beautiful part was Khushi and Arnav's silent conversation. Their eyes did all the talking. It was simply perfect. The way Arnav's eyes seemed hesitant and distracted yet he didn't push Khushi away from him unlike all the times he had in the past and the way Khushi hugged him tight as if assuring herself that he was safe.
5. The way NK was silently observing everyone's pain , but he was helpless.
Disappointments :
1. Has to be Anjali (I have nothing against her , in fact I've always adored her but today I just couldn't accept her behaviour )
2. Aakash
Future Predictions :
1. Khushi's exit from RM (Either on her own will or Arnav 'requesting' her for the sake of his sister)
OR
2.Distance between Arhi. Courtesy : Anjali.
So will Anjali be the new Shyam and plant another seed of (not MU) but distance between Arhi ?
Precap :
Loved it and I really hope that Nani doesn't prove me wrong , and judges Shyam on the basis of facts rather than emotions.
PS : This is just my point of view. I don't wanna offend anyone and If I have then sorry. And please excuse mistakes , haven't proof read.
