Amit Dua enters Kasautii...

Amit is on cloud nine! After Kyunki... now he has bagged another important role from the house of Balaji, in Kasauti Zindagi Ki…After all it was the actor's desire to work with Balaji telefilms that lured him to Mumbai and now with so many Balaji serials life really can't get better than this for this handsome Delhite.

Only recently had he bagged the role of Sameer in Kyunki…, close buddy of Manthan, (played by Amit Tandon) who never loses an opportunity to make life hell for Krishna Tulsi and her two friends.

On asking how does it feel to be part of yet another popular television drama, Amit sounds excited and states " Certainly it feels great to be part of one of the best known production house in the television industry. Now I really feel that my career is moving ahead and my efforts are rendering the fruits I deserve".

Amit Dua will be portraying the character of Sulabh Basu, who has returned from London with his elder brother Samay Basu (played by Hemant Chadda). The actor made an entry in the show on 30 July.

"I entered the track of Kasauti yesterday," states Amit. He continues elaborating about his character, "My entry is shown on the eve of Maha Kali pooja wherein the entire Basu clan has come together for the occasion. We are the adopted son of Sunjoy Basu, uncle of Anurag Basu. Right now I am not aware about the shade that I will potray, but I am certain that it's gonna have all the masala necessary to make the track interesting."
