manvi wants to leave so Virat can have a life, but she is his life and he won't let her leave him. It is sad to watch them separate, they LOVE each other SOOO much that they are sacrificing their love for each other. Virat is yet to learn that Manvi loves him equally and that is why she left him.

Virat is dying little by little with the thought of manvi leaving him. For both it is hard to be without each other.

Exactly!! Soo sad to see him tell Vanshika those things :(- and Maanuuu as well:( suffering from cancer aswell as seeing her love break down like that
