Armaan and jassi enters armaan's cabin. Armaan is happy. Mallika is waiting in his cabin. She asks Armaan where he went with Jassi. Armaan answers that he went to the bank. He says that in their absence jassi wud be the authorized signatory. Mallika gets angry. Jassi says that she has some work and leaves. Armaan tries to explain Mallika. She doesnt listen and leaves. Armaan says naughtily that somehow he wud somehow convince Mallika.
Pari is tensed, as she has no electricity in her house. Raj comes and says her that they were supposed to go for dinner today. pari denys because she know that raj wud come to her house then and if he finds that she has no electricity that wud be terrible. Jassi is in her cabin. She says to babaji that whenever she is happy something bad happens.
Armaan comes to Pari and says her to arrange food for 5 memers. Mallika, Raj, Maddy and he himself. Pari ask whos the 5th one, to which Armaan answers Jassi. Pari is incensed and jealous too.
Jassi is in her cabin. When suddenly the phone rings. Its matheline. She says that she wants to know what has happened yesterday night in Lavanya party. Jassi says that she wud be coming but she has some work. Matheline says her to leave her work and run to the canteen.
Jassi gets another call. She thinks it to be Matheline and shouts that she is coming but actually it was Shantanu. He says that how she can come if doesnt go to pick her. He says that he wud be coming to gulmohar through the back entrance. Jassi asks as to why he wud come through the back entrance. Shantanu says that if anyone asks jassi that why she was going with shantanu thats she have to answer a lot of things. Jassi agrees. Shantanu says her not to tell anyone abt their lunch. Jassi is worried.
Armaan and Mallika are in the boardroom. Armaan has ordered all the favourite dishes of mallika. He says her that he has ordered only because of his beloved mallika, as he loves her very much. Mallika is happy but is angry abt jassi. Armaan says to forget jassi and think abt their hotel in Hong Kong. He says that from their room they can have a full view of Hong Kong. They wud have a lot of fun together. Mallika says that whenever she is angry at jassi, Armaan always tries to convince her by style. They come close to each other when suddenly jassi enters. She is shocked and turns back. She says sorry.
Armaan asks her to turn her back and have lunch with them. Mallika gets angry by hearing that she was also going have lunch with them. Jassi says that she has to go as she has some work. Armaan gives her the permission to leave. Jassi leaves. Mallika asks Armaan that the food was not for her. Armaan says that why wud he order such expensive food for jassi.
Jassi goes to canteen. Everyone is anxious to know what happened in the lavanya party. Bindia says that maybe Armaan proposed her and jassi starts blushing. She says that nothing happened. They only signed the deal. They all get upset. Jassi says that she was goin out to have lunch. Matheline asks her with whom she was going. But jassi cudn say as she promised Shantanu not to tell anyone abt their lunch so she says thats she was going with nandu. Pari comes and says Jassi that Armaan was waiting for her in the boardroom and she was aupposed to have lunch with him. The Gang gets excited. But jassi says thats he was going outside to have the meal. She leaves. The gang irritates Pari so she leaves. She goes outside and finds Shantanu. She gets excited and says that today she wud have lunch with Shantanu. As she gets near, she finds Shantanu and jassi together. She gets shocked.
Armaan, raj, mallika and Maddy are discussing that who wud be the face of their collection. Mallika and maddy cudn choose one when suddenly Armaan takes the name of Mandira Bedi. Maddy gets excited and says that he just love her and she wud be perfect for GM. mallika doesnt agree but Armaan convinces her by saying that he knows mandira very well fom the world cup. Mallika gets jealous and asks where he met her. Raj explains that they met her in the lavanya party. Raj says that he introduced him to mandira when they were abt to leave. Mallika doesnt question anymore and says that if she is the favourite of Maddy and of the ppl too then they must choose mandira.
Maddy says that he wud name the collection Mandira magic. Armaan says there wud big holdings were it wud be written Mandira the face of Gulmohar's Mandira Magic. Maddy gets to know abt Raj, Armaan's and mallika's trip and gets sad, as he was not going with them. Armaan says that they were going for business and also says that after they return maddy wud go for a holiday and GM wud pay for it. Armaan informs that someone wud be the head in their absence. Raj says that she is one of the most beautiful girl in GM and Maddy loves her a lot. Maddy hets shocked as he understands that its jassi. He says he doesnt want jassi to be the head. Very soon GM wud turn like her, everyone wud wear dresses like her and specks too. Armaan convinces him by telling that she can't take any decision without asking armaan. Mallika asks Armaan that does he trust jassi so much. Armaan raisaes his eyebrow and says that he trusts her.
Shantanu and jassi are in a restaurant. Shantanu orders the food and says jassi that he doesnt want anyone to know abt their meeting as everyone wud be jealous then. Jassi is worried and says that what actually he meant. Shantunu says that he wants some help from jassi. Jassi says thats how can she help him as all the codes were with Armaan. Shantunu says that she can help him, as she is Armaan's eye. He says that he knows he trusts her alot and agree with jassi's decision. Shantunu says that he wud give jassi shares. Jassi is angry as she understands that shantanu was giving bribes to her.
