Lets buy out KS.

What's happening to our favourite soap. Why is Ektaa mayee forgetting what has made it the No. 1 soap today- it was supposed to be about the trials and tribulations of three sisters but lets face it what has made it so hot is the love story of Jai and Bani- in spite of their differences in age, wealth, social status, the tragic circumstances under which they became man and wife. To some extent the Park Road Raaz was also OK, the fact that Jai had killed (or had he?) Bani's mom made their relation even more poignant.

But now it is turning to be a full-fledged potboiler, The PR Raaz, Aditya behind Jai's shooting, Rosh and Ranvijay upto their tricks. While it keeps the story going is that really what we want to see- we have Left Right, Left, CID, DON, Sherlock Holmes for that. Do we really want a third rate detective series rather than what KS always was - a first rate Love Story?

I don't also know what purpose is being is being served by swapping J/B and P/P. It was OK with Anurag/Prerna/Bajaj, Kavya/Anjali, Angad/Prithivi/Kripa, Sujal/Kash/Piyush et al but these are young people high on hormones, who wouldn't think twice before switching partners. But is JW like these guys, isn't he the man who turned back on Rosh due to his guilt for 6/29, doesn't he forsake her on the C night.

The real problem is that KS is a Balaji serial. I have a solution. Let's form a company and buy out KS from Balaji and lease it out to some other studio with the proviso that we get to write the story. I am sure we can persuade MT to be the Creative Head with all vidwans like Anushka, Sangita, Raaga et al assisting her. I think this will be a winning proposition, it's a hot selling product and we can make money from day one.
