Amrit and bebe are praying infront of babaji and jassi is making offerings for the occasion of GuruPurab. She says that as this year she got the job so she had cooked the offerings all by herself and then she gave the offerings to everyone. Bebe tells her to take some along and give it her boss and jassi packs up ecstatically. Just then she gets a call from Gulmohur. Veeru says that armaan was breaking tables and chairs as he came early and was waiting for jassi. Jassi remembers that she had to go to the office early. While leaving she asks billu if she cud drop him to office as she was going in a taxi. Bebe makes an excuse that billu has a party at the office so he would go later for work. Veeru is as usual courting with Maria. He warns her not to go out all the time with Raj as he has a bad reputation in case of girls. He says that his face cut was somewhat like raj and she should concentrate on him. Just then Raj comes and he asks Maria for a date, which she accepts agreeably.
Veeru asks her for a date as well but she refuses and asks jassi to go along with Veeru. Jassi is in a haste to meet Armaan. Maria asks her about the party the last day but jassi says that she was in a hurry and she would explain everything later. Armaan and jassi are gathering all-important documents, which they would require at the bank. As armaan, raj and mallika were leaving for Hongkong so he wanted to make jassi the signing signatory. Raj was searching for something on armaan's table on asking he replied that he was looking for the list, which contained the names of massage parlors at Hongkong. Armaan ignores the fact and tells jassi to bring the bank papers and also tells her to add her phone number in his file. Jassi is really stimulated and she leaves to collect the papers. Raj asks armaan that if it was his correct decision to give jassi the signing authority to which Armaan replied that he had full faith on her and he knew that she would never let him down.
jassi listens to everything and she starts playing songs with her key board. She writes her name and number beautifully on a paper to give to Armaan Sir. When Armaan comes and asks that why she was taking so long to prepare the papers, jassi fell from the sky, armaan asks as to what was wrong with her, she seemed out of place if there were any man in his life or not. Jassi is glued to the spot after listening to what armaan said and goes on blushing. She gets a call from Shatannu, who reminds her for the lunch. He says that he would wait for her and jassi couldn't contradict him. Pari is upheaval as her bills were towering and she was in need of money to pay the long line of bills. Mallika sees her in the unsettled position and hands her a check. She asks Pari about armaan to which Pari replied that he went to the bank with jassi and mallika leaves unhappy.
Armaan and Raj is waiting for the lift. Raj asks armaan as to high he was taking the details of Lavanya with him, as it wasn't necessary at the bank. Armaan says that it wasn't safe to keep the documents in his office and if maddy comes to knows the truth then hew would change the entire structure of GM. Just then Maddy pops out from the lift. He says that whenever he hears his name being pronounced by raj he senses warning and danger. Armaan tells him not to worry, as he would get his fabrics on time. Maddy says that he is getting curious day by day, as armaan isn't visiting his studio. Armaan says that he was engrossed as he was leaving for Hongkong. Maddy says that whatever fabrics comes has to be approved by him to which armaan agreed helplessly.
After maddy leaves raj tells armaan to send the fabrics directly to production so that maddy is unable to see them. Bebe and Amrit are praying again and again when Billu comes and informs that none was ready to give him a job, as he was too old. The young boys and girls were also in the line and they have more degrees and diplomas but he had none. Bebe says that he had experience that is the best part but billu says that now he would have the experience of a jobless man. Nandu listens to everything and he is downhearted as well. Both Amrit and bebe is heart broken. Bebe tells Amrit that she had gathered some money so that they could be used in bad time but Amrit says that no problems could be solved with the little sum and that bad luck had entered their life. She gets fretful that how will jassi's marriage take place if they had no money.
Pari calls Veeru to pay her bills, to her surprise the bills were too high and mallika's money were getting short for her. Veeru comes and starts flirting with pari when Mallika comes to inquire about Armaan but pari replies that he didnt return. Mallika asks as to why he went to the bank and raj informs her that he went to the bank to make jassi the signing signatory. Mallika is aghast and speechless. Armaan and Jassi are in the car and Armaan doesnt stop praising her and her aptitude, the way she tackled Gulathi impressed him to the extreme. Jassi hands him the offerings, which she made on her own. Armaan says that he would make jassi the finanace head so that she can bring those offereings for him everyday as this had happened for the first time in GMs history. At the bank Armaan informs the manager that he was giving jassi Gulathi's authority and in his absence jassi would have the signing authority as well as Gulathi was no more a part of GM. The manager is shocked to see that Armaan was giving such a huge respossibility on a secretary.
He gives the doccuments where both armaan and jassi signs. Armaan tells jassi to wait outside with his briefcase and the manager warns him that giving such authoruty to a secretary wasn't secure enough but armaan says that he knows what he was doing and he trusted jassi a lot. Jassi drops armaan's briefcase, as it was too hefty for her. The papers were scattered on the floor and armaan helps her collect those. He tells jassi that he was giving his heart to her thats GM and that she should take care of it until he returns, as it was a tough job to handle his heart. Jassi says in her head that she would never break his heart.
