Khushi was mesmarised with his cuteness. She couldnot take her eyes off him.

Nikhil removed his sunglasses and smirked looking at her state.

Nikhil: BEAUTIFUL having a twinkle in his eyes

Khushi: Haan? (dumbstuck)

Khushi: What?

Nikhil picking up her books from the ground he said "you are beautiful".

Khushi blushed a little, keeping her hand on her waist, so you are flirting with me hah! Raising her eyebrows Mr'..?

Nikhil while removing dirt from her book you can call me NK. Waise I don't think I need to flirt with you ma'am, you like me anyways

Khushi's jaw dropped. I am astonished, you have so much of guts man, you are flirting openly?

Nikhil closed the gap between them and whispered, I am admiring you khushi, I am not flirting with you. He smiled.

Khushi couldnot help but blushed extremely.

Here you go with your books, he handed over the books to him. See you later honey. He wore his glasses and walked away.

Khushi: Honey? My god

Sanaya: Hmm looks like someone had a hot introduction here.

Khushi gave a hi5 to her friends. Still looking at him she asked "who is he?"

Sanaya: Nikhil Khurana, a newbie and the hottie of the college. Not like our heart throb though but he has become quite popular amongst girls.

Khushi: Heart throbe? She rolled her eyes. Oh come on sanaya, how come you people find arnav so attractive?

Sanaya: He is khushi, we find it quite strange that you don't find him hot and attractive.

Khushi: Whatever, she rolled her eyes. He is the most boring character I have ever seen in my life.

Sanaya: Oh dear, he is not, he has a hidden charm in him only we the droolers can figer that out. Lucky girl lavanaya.

Khushi: Oh another one. Don't know arnav likes her. She is so b*t*hy. Never like her. He deserves a much better girl.

Sanaya: Oh ho! Someone is commenting on arnav, kya baat hai khushi? Suddenly tumko phikar ho rahi hai?

Khushi: Shut up sanaya. You know how things are between me and him.

Sanaya: Gosh! Sometimes I feel so jealous of you yaar

Khushi: Jealous? Why?

Sanaya: Girl, you have grown with him, you know him since childhood, you guys were together for such a long time'meye to mar jal jati to handle him.

Khushi: Oh please, utna bhi kuch hot nahi hai.

Suddenly she felt a breeze, her hair flew, her heart skipped a beat, she became conscious, sanaya's words faded, everything aroung her stopped. She turned and saw arnav entering the premises wearing a balck jeans and a olive green tshirt.

Khushi couldnot take her eyes off. Their eyes meet, arnav's pace reduced. He looked at her. She looked at him.

Her legs started to move towards him, keeping sanaya dumbstuck.

Gradually she reduced the gap between them and stood infront of him still looking at him, searching something in his eyes.

Arnav: Hi!

Khushi smiled, she felt happy suddenly, she had an urge to hug him but she did not. She still couldnot say anything, neither she greeted him.

Arnav looked at her lovingly.

Arnav: Kaise ho khushi?

Khushi jumped on him and hugged him.

Arnav was shocked.

Khushi opened her eyes and saw standing behind arnav fuming. She broke the hug and got embarrassed. She could figure out her behavior. Why she hugged suddenly? That aslo arnav?

Khushi gulped while arnav looked at her surprisingly.

Khushi: S..sorry'she stammered.

Lavanya: Whats going on khushi? She said angrily holding arnav's hand.

Khushi moved back 3 steps and looked at the couple in front of her.

Khushi: Probably'I am seeing him after'aaah! I don't know, I am sorry arnav.

Arnav was still dumbstuck. He didn't expect this from khushi. He was very well aware that she has gained her conscious and she don't remember anything of that phase.

Sanaya came running towards her and held her shoulder.

Khushi turned back to see her.

Sanaya: Oh lavanya, she is actually very excited about the fact that she has resumed her college so she is hugging everyone those who are close to her. And ofcourse arnav is her childhood friend. Don't be so jealous and over protective about arnav.

Lavanya: When it comes to my property I am very possessive about it. And arnav being my love its ought to be. And you better don't teach me what I should do and what I shouldnot.

Khushi: Chill guys. Sanaya is right. But if you don't like then I am sorry.

Arnav knew it very well this is not how khushi was supposed to behave. She never liked him, and its very unnatural for her.

Arnav: Lavanya, chill babes, it was just heat of the moment.

Lavanya: Heat of the moment? This gesture is not expected from khushi arnav.

Arnav: Oh lavanya stop being so difficult.

Lavanya: Arn''

NK: Wo wo wo looks like khush heated up discussion chal raha hai. Hey dude whats up?

Arnav: Hi NK, everything is good.

NK: So Miss beautiful still on the field?

Arnav looked at khushi who was blushing terribly and was avoiding eye contact with NK.

NK: you guys must be knowing each other right?

Arnav: Ya she is my childhood friend.

Khushi was shocked when arnav addressed her as his childhood friend. He never did that, he never acknowledged that.

Arnav smiled at her.

NK: Oh bosom pal? That's cool. Well I think it will be good to know about her from you.

Arnav looked at khushi once again who was now about to release the colour red from her cheeks.

Arnav: Well NK, I don't think it's a good idea to know about khushi from me. Though we know each other for quite sometime now, we don't have good opinion about each other.

Khushi looked at arnav.

Khushi: Ya right. We never got along well with each other.

NK: hmm! That's quite unusual. Anyways, I think I will know her by talking to her. Kyun khushi? Mujse dosti karogi?

Khushi gave him a wide smile and said, abhi abhi to mile hai dosti to door ki baat hai (we have just met, it will be long way to go to become friends)

NK: Don't be so analytical khushi, don't say which you don't mean.

Khushi: looks like you know me more than me NK (she said sarcastically)

Lavanya who was getting highly irritated finally grabbed arnav's hand and gestured to leave.

Khushi saw lavanya touching him from the corner of her eyes. All her concentration on NK was lost when she saw that.

Khushi: Jaiye sir, your girlfriend cannot tolerate you with some other girls.

Lavanya: Once you fall in love you will also behave like this.

Khushi: I don't know, as I have never been in love, but I think

- you cannot make someone love you by binding him (stiring a glance at arnav first and then at lavanya's arms around his biceps).

- Love is about believing in the person, not suspecting,

- Love is about giving not imposing,

- Love is about being happy with the person you are not forcing yourself to be happy,

- love is about feeling his presence even though he is not around you and not standing beside him and questioning about his innocence.

Arnav was stunned to hear such strong and meaningful words from her. Khushi was equally surprised about what she said. She never knew she can talk about this subject when she has never experienced it.

She turned towards sanaya who was equally shocked to see khushi's state and saw her standing her mouth opened and NK smiling at her.

She held her hand and left keeping lavanya fuming behind with Arnav.
