wheres the bump

hey shubra has been pregeenat for over a gd 4 months but shes still flat as a pancake. there is no sighn of a pregenancy bump. will the directors make her have contraction pains after 5 omths with no bump. wat is dis yaar? dsnt cost that much to buy a pillow.
