ok,first of all THANK GOD there's sum1 who thought dat Arnav ddnt kiss khushi's neck,lol, i knw silly me to point out dat 1st bt pah-leez dat ws hardly a kiss!! nxt imp thg,i luved ur firefly theory of arshi,wonder y i cudnt thnk of it b4,bt thn am nt dat smart n i nvr felt bad abt it 😃...

btw,nice pics n i hope u do feel happier since monday regarding da return of long missed n discussed MAGIC of ipkknd,as it hz definetly been bk,may be partially if nt completely . tell me sumthg,wt is ur take regarding arshi misunderstanding in nxt couple of days/weeks,there r so many predictions n spoilers bt i wnt ur instincts on it. of late i hv been thnkg abt ur CHESS-Analysis⭐️,n in ur absence i kept relating evrythg in ipkknd esp khushi's moves per ur description in dat fantabulous analysis. she's playing exactly as da white pawn n da way thgs r goin i cn alrdy see hr as da white queen whn she reaches da othr side's last column. i must say Aqui,u r truely amazing in ur insight of thgs👏

Your words and parallels bring the arhi magic alive, in a way that is almost elusive these days in the episodes - like u, I await the comeback and dont doubt that it will.

I absolutely adored the firefly/jugnu sequence, and the veiling/unveiling of the red barrier. tbh, if they had stopped there and not continued onwards with BDs I would have been satisfied (or atleast split it across 2 episodes). These 2 have such rare and infrequent 'at peace and in sync' moments, that I really wished they had not rushed through but dwelled a bit more on the moments. But we got an intimate moment as well which was also breathtaking (even though imo sanaya's expressions could have been tweaked a bit, Barun's were spot on - made me breathless along with them!).

As for the 2 'kisses' (almost shoulder/hair & forehead...well...I dunno...somehow it didn't hold 'true', for me, u know what i mean? BD issue? maybe. Way it was shot? possibly. Pace of scene too fast? I think so, yes. Don't get me wrong, I think they should have been included, but somehow they were just a bit 'flat' for me! (lol, my mind, maybe I should stop corrupting it with all the gutter posts!).

- forehead kiss: I like your parallel, no dispute. But we didn't see the forehead, I saw his finger..so

- almost shoulder/hair kiss: I agree with you, I also don't think he actually kissed the shoulder, but rather inhaled her. Which is perfect, as the idea, and frankly makes me more breathless than any heavy petting (well...😉). But again, I guess the editing just didn't flow for me...

I don't know, maybe I'm being too picky...

I loved the parallel of them being the others firefly..that is just perfect

Ah, Shass!! You make me so happy coming here and telling what you thought of the episode!! And wow *blush* you actually thought back to the CHESS analysis. Yes, Kushi is much like a pawn gearing up to become queen-like in her thoughts and actions. She is really keeping a brave front. I am so humbled by the fact that you connected her with an old theory of mine...Thanks so much dear. I am terrible in predicting but I since you ask about the upcoming, I will tell you something I believe:

Kushi is getting cleverer in her approach with Shyam and she is juggling very option to throw him off the scent that she is trying to rescue Arnavji knowing that Shyam is behind all this. But poor Kushi doesn't know, that the villain in the story is a really competent villain and he is three steps ahead of her. Now, the very fact that it is "Shyam" who is behind all this is the reason why Kushi knows she's treading on dangerous waters and one false move will bring the entire Raizada family tumbling down, starting with the root card, Anajli. So Kushi is being cautious and her cautiousness is her weakness. She is easily being played around by Shyam's vile alertness. NK and Mami are there with her but they do not know the entire story behind the kidnapping. Arnav doesn't know everything too. Mami doesn't know Shyam's involvement in it and NK...well, you know how much he knows. Now, when Shyam messes with Arnav's head with proofs that Kushi is a liar (if that is how it is going to happen, that is), Arnav will not slip to MISUNDERSTANDING but to a disbelief or a doubt. No, I will not call it an MU, its simply a wavering in faith and only a wavering because he loves her and has seen her love...

IPKKND is about to unveil a string of wonderful dramas, intensities and magic and I am all ready to take it as it comes. The real thing is only about to start. We must remember that Arnav has hurt Kushi knowingly and unknowingly in many ways from when the show began on June 6th 2011. So, he must payback for all the hurts and I do want the repentance track to start...and I am sooo waiting for it to come. To see the real Arnav, no longer ASR and the "dignity" woman in the Kushi and not the "lovelost" girl we see now...Hope I've answered your request dear Shass...

Awww...and I so understand dear what you went through when watching that epi. To be aware of the BDs, the speedy pace in which scenes and actions move, the careless editing to weaken the intensity...these are things that mess with the magic and someone people cannot be blind enough to see around them. I understand what you felt and I am sorry for you. It would have been a treat had your eyes betrayed you of observant vision for once! But its okay, we'll get more magical treat in the future... promising intensity on your way, dear. Thanks once again for visiting me and commenting!!

For the others: I am having exams form 18th so I won't be around for the week. But enjoy the show for its more richer and beautiful than it was a few weeks back and maybe we might get the quality, consistency and depth we seek in the coming episodes!! Cheers friends!!

Whoa, a post from u AQuiline after ages, and it was worth it. I loved the pics and was drooling over them. Both of them love each other and they now know it, Arnav has confessed though under duress, and Khushi has not voiced her love for him but has shown it in many ways and he has also seen it. Wonder when the roller coaster ride will end and even out.

Whenever it will be, I dont care I will enjoy the ride however it is because I love IPKKND, cast crew and all.

And now, since Anjali mentioned a trip to the Temple in the evening and during the bandagement when ArHi were about to part at the Temple, Kushi had said, "One day you will know DeviMayya is the one who decides all this but I won't be there then..."...and also because Arnav is hidden somewhere near a Temple...I am so wild enough to connect the dots and know something will happen this week...

Lin.. Please forgive my late appearance on the reply thread! I read this amazing post days ago but found the right time to express my views on it only today!

This that you have given us Lin, my very on firefly.. is what I miss when you are not around!! Such a depth, such understanding, such an analysis, such a thought process.. I am awestruck by your brilliance! Love the pictures that you have so thoughtfully assembled and put up to support your analysis, to make it easier for us.. but believe me hun.. the detailed, nuanced writeup dint even need them.. your very words were flashing the exact images in my mind!! Thats the power of your words!

The red dupatta, the connection to the past, the veiling and the unveiling.. i can only nod in agreement! I knew the significance of the moment when Khushi draws the dupatta away, when she removes the barrier between them herself..! Arnav advances towards her only with her approval and agreement! Arnav, the 'hungry young man' with the passion mounting in him, the desire burning and alive..! But he doesnt give in to it like he would want to! No.. he is a thoughtful lover, giving and taking time to absorb, relish and cherish every moment of the intimacy they share..! Lin.. I have no words to add to what you have so beautifully expressed!

The hiding in the hay is another implication of what the future might hold for them, I thought of it only when I read it here.. but yes, the burying of his love for her is inevitable..! Thinking of the circumstances, the web of life that they are in, the complexity of the relationships and the emotions involved, one cannot dismiss the apprehension of their separation in future!

The fireflies.. oh yes! I was surprised to see this gesture by ASR too! But then the moment took over and I was lost in its beauty! Lin.. when Khushi smiles even when the fireflies fly away, I thought the same.. she is not afraid of the darkness but of a world without him in it! She is afraid of losing him to the darkness! As long as he is with her by her side, she fears none, nothing!

The significance of the fireflies that you have brought forward, the three different meanings, the symbolism.. beautiful!! Every point making complete sense, bringing new meaning to it! No part of it is lame.. no! The third one being closest to my heart and initial understanding! The ray of light in the darkness, Khushi.. the light of Arnav's life!

Now, coming to the running episodes.. I must admit, I did not expect such a gripping, tight storyline to keep us all glued to the screen even in the absence of the very trump card of the show! I am loving it! This track has set the story rolling! NK and Maami-Khushi bonding being the special moments coming out of it! Shyamu has really evolved as a villain.. surprising us with his intelligence and evilness.. was his brain in hibernation for a few months in between?! The only proof of the familiar Shyamu is the bunch of goons that he has employed!! Hilarious indeed!!
Khushi.. hum har kaam dil se karte hain iska matlab ye nahi ki hamare paas dimag nahi hai..! Very true! Khushi is proving how much of a dimag she has!! I wonder if the actual dimaag wala ASR is paling in comparison to her dimag at the moment! 😆

I completely agree with you on the liberty the CVs and the story writers take in the portrayal of the characters..! The portrayal is varying, confusing and at times, very different from what is etched in our minds! I am hoping for the old magic and the richness to return too!! The same show which made a way straight into our hearts and stayed there all this while!
