Help with translating short hints

Hello, we're a group of students from the Ruhr University of Bochum, Germany and during the course of a socialtechnical information systems lecture we've to face a challenge which among other things involves getting help in translating short handwritten hints in languages unknown to us.
We still need help translating the upper two hints, which can be found on http://gucknicht.de/fremdsprachig/ .
They first hint should be in Urdu and the second one in Tamil.

Any help translating or transcribing (so we could use e.g. Google Translate) would be appreciated. :)
