Option 1 is better bcoz we sud have a fair voting dan just putting wild card entries to d most voted banners!!!

@-Ravjot-...its okay...its really difficult to arrange all this from huge no of pms...
I saw max people said the second option is better as it will take less time to vote & also who voted its possible they they cant vote again...
But no one say one word for the makers who spent their lots of time to make banners & everyone should get fair voting...why there is any wild card entries ??
Sorry but this is my opinion...
