Attn All members :

First of all the PV Dev Team would like to apologize for the confusion .. We R very SORRY .

With all the exams and members Missing in action due to real life priorities, some of the banners submitted by a few contestants got lost in mountains of PMs Ravjot had received. She is very sorry for her mistake and believe me felt bad for missing some banners in her mails.

The contestants did get back to inform about their banners missing in the contest a couple days ago. They had submitted well before deadline and on time, so they deserve a fair chance in voting .🤔

So I am giving all the members a couple of options to make it fair for all the contestants .

1. I can add the two missed banners and extend the voting by a week so all the voters can revote with the new additions ( effectively restarting the whole banner contest 😳 ) (32 + 2 = 34 in total)

2. Since we were gonna take the top 5 anyway, we add the 2 wild card entry banners that were missed in the PMs in the second round of voting . ( Top 5 + 2 additions = 7 total )

I know members might find it frustrating and throw chappals at me 😔 ...But I am leaving it to the members to decide ..what ever majority say will be considered .

I will leave this sticky open for a few days .

I feel Option 1 is more fair but if no. of missing banners r not much ..like just 1 or 2 ..then option 2 too will b fair because then we will get a quicker result 🤔

I agree too...If its just 2 banners,add them in second round of voting. But yes you can specify the banners who made it to 2nd round without voting.

Anyways, I think option2 will work...,Add the two other banner in the second round,i think that will be an easier process for you guys...

Whatever, the option is,it should be the easiest one for you guys in the development team.😉

Trust me, I know how hard it is to cover all entries submitted by members. Such a hassle. And the DT works so hard to keep track of everything so mistakes are inevitable. I would prefer Option 1 but I don't think it would make a difference if Option 2 was chosen. Maybe instead of Top 5, you can take Top 10 banners from Round 1.
