Archana, I'm sure the CVs would bring that in when they feel the need to drag this story further. I've seen this happen in quite a few shows where one of the characters is adopted and doesn't know anything about his/her birth parents. Have you ever watched Choti Bahu? In both Season 1 and Season 2, towards the end to drag the painful show even further, the CVs brought in Radhika's twin (Imarti in Season 1 and Ruby in Season 2). It's quite possible that CVs would bring in Purvi's birth family for higher TRPs or to drag the show. I think they'll try that twin track. Maybe Purvi's fashionable western clothes wearing twin will arrive and also try to win the affections of Arjun? Who knows, the CVs can plan anything.

Archana, It is a very good idea, and would make an interesting track but I would like it after ArVi are together.😃

Why do I get this funny feeling about Purvi? That it ain't over till its over as we say here?? Someone had opened a thread earlier regarding whether or not Archana had legally adopted Purvi or not. The concept is interesting though parts of that thread were ridiculous and offensive to say the least in terms of the responses.

I am opening this because I was thinking about this and couldn't seem to shake my thoughts. Purvi was adopted because her parents had unfortunately passed away in a terrible accident with her being the only survivor. Archana happened to be in the right place at the right time and was able to save her from being sent to an orphanage since nobody knew her family background or what to do with her.

That being said, what if something regarding Purvis family background resurface?? I have to admit, in reading Laurie's fantastic fan fiction I couldn't help but wonder...what if it is true?? Even though her parents are gone, her aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc...could be very much alive. What if one of the turns out to be one of the biggest enemies/rivals of Mr DK Kirloskar? And we find out Purvi is not middle class but belongs to a family of rival tycoons who simply just could not trace her after the accident (it bring India and not organized to trace or find someone who is missing)This could lead to tension between her and DK and put her and Arjun in another dilemma.

I can't blieve there is no track or storyline around her background or family history. If I were one of the CVs I would find this way too juicy to pass up!!

Purvi's parents were orphans and there was no family that was there to claim her...if they wanted too, it would be interesting but it would have to be done with a sense of sophistication which Ekta and co are not capable of doing.

I hope it comes to transpire that she is, that way Savita will be silenced. i agree

Very good idea Archana, but I wanna see my Arvi back 1st..it can be kept in the store.
But already there is so much drama unfolded & spreading over the main story line, first they shud wrap up them

I thought about that too... Especially with DK gone to Australia and the impending announcement after his return. DK might meet someone there or something happens in Aus that will change DKs decisions n might not support his son,
