Talk about Saif and his films and you cannot miss to notice that actresses other than his girlfriend Kareena Kapoor have always proved luckier for him.

Look at Saif's films with Deepika earlier - LOVE AAJ KAL, AARAKSHAN and his films with girlfriend Kareena Kapoor-KURBAAN and AGENT VINOD. It does not take much to infer that for Saif, Deepika has been more dependable than Kareena. The euphoria that has spun out of his latest film COCKTAIL is based on this premise according to some quarters.

According to an industry observer, "Saif and Kareena's professional story is a big flop. For Saif the fact is that his films with Kareena have never taken a big leap at the box office. While his pairing with other actresses, especially Deepika has been appreciated by his fans and audiences in general."
