Thanks dear, I called and they spoke well and said ph is having problem ( dont know why they said like that) but assured that they will pass my concern. Please talk to them bit politely they will oblige.

they are a bunch of liars... they are not attending the calls, so that it doesn't get recorded.. the moment they hear Navya... the call gets disconnected...
but we are not giving up, trying to spam all accounts as possible... tell this to your friend as well.. probably he / she be able to help as well

i called them at their HO number at 5:30pm,the guy told me that they got approximately 50-60 calls today

Don't know how much of that's true.I called dis morning and was asked to call back cuz they cudnt put me through to costumer service they we're having technical probs wid their phone lines.An hour later I had to call couple of time nd to different numbers cuz they were very bizzy.But thanks for the info.
Will keep on calling nd tweeting.

just called sp and talked to a guy named sumit iasked him if navya is ending and he said yes it is bcoz the story is ending i said but the story just started and then he took all my information and said some will get back to u ...and asked me to join viewerforum of starplus..

Its really painful and annoying when our efforts go in vain...But dont lose hopes...at the end of the day, we can do that much as much is our capabilty...beyond our capability i see no scope...dont be disheartened...do whatever you do with a positive attitude...i have conveyed your issues and problems to my friend...i shall ping you all when he gets back to me...
