Hi guys!!
This is a lovely poem by Robert Frost. Never associated SwaRon with it until very recently. And once i made the connection, needless to say this appealed to me even more. Read on to share my experience.. :)
Wind and the Window Flower
Lovers, forget your love,
And list(en) to the love of these,
She a window flower,
And he a winter breeze.
When the frosty window veil
Was melted down at noon,
And the caged yellow bird
Hung over her in tune,
He marked her through the pane,
He could not help but mark,
And only passed her by
To come again at dark.
He was a winter wind
Concerned with ice and snow
Dead weeds and untamed birds
And little of love could know.
But he sighed upon the sill,
He gave the sash a shake,
As witness all within
Who lay that night awake.
Perchance he half prevailed
To win her for the flight
From the firelit looking-glass
And warm stove-window light.
But the flower leaned aside
And thought of naught to say,
And morning found the breeze
A hundred miles away.

Isnt the irony beautiful? A fierce and cold winter breeze in love with a window flower. He knew he was fascinated by something far out of his reach, something belonging to a different world... a world of warmth and sunshine. And yet he would make sure that the two worlds meet, however contrasting, if only she was willing..
And maybe she was.. who knows?.. but she chose to accept wat she feared. The flight might be too harsh for her, too intense.. A flight from the comfort zone that her own world was, to a world of unknown. She was scared. She was not ready..
And her wish was his command..!

P.S. I know not everyone appreciates poetry. Some may find it painful also ( no offence.. its quite natural :D) but since i dont know all of u personally i have been pretty much random with the pms.. Pls bear with me if this isnt wat u expected..!
