I think you're right on this point. Their relationship can be a lot better without the pregnancy but I will still be a great loss for Sinal, but I also feel the plus point to the MC would be that they will have a greater bond through this loss. Kunal will care for Siddhi even more and you're right it is too early for the pregnancy as they have only just found their love but the question remains why doesn't she look pregnant???😆

actually it is four months for us but for them it was just one month remember 27 days case ...so Sidhi might be just 1.5 or 2 months pregnant so to early to be shown i guess
