Can't remember the song

So sorry for this irritating post, but I really need your help to find a song! It's a song who Jagjit Singhhas has sung, and I dont know if it's a ghazal or not! But only thing I remember is the music video. (Yes, I know bear with me, people). What I remember is that there is a guy in a jail cell where he keeps drawing a face of a girl! Now I can't remember which song/ghazal it is from, and it's been torturing me for days now! 😒 I hope you guys can help me! 😊
