How Dare You, Arjun!

If I heard correctly you were telling Punni, that you wanted Purvi to do the job (find out who called your airhead Ovi) but since she isn't there, you want Punni to carry out the investigation. I must tell you this, you numbskull, today Purvi was very happy talking with her grandmother. Looks like she is already getting you out of her system. Now these 3 women will cause havoc in your would be in law's lives, so the whole lot of you get packing and go straight back to Canada. You can get married to the airhead in Toronto, or whichever city you trouble makers are from - Who cares.

Namita, what irked me was why would he order Purvi to do a menial task like this? She has the POA and equal powers and duties in the company. Why cannot Arjun hire an investigator to do the job? Or since he has all the time in the world to twiddle his thumbs and stare into space when he is not wining and dining the airhead, the limpet, Ms. Barbi Doll, why cannot he do a little sleuthing himself? The effort might be enough to jump start his slow poke, faltu brain.

why is he asking punni to get the details of the number .. yes punni is a villain who doesnt even have the brain that she is ten years elder to arjun .. ok CVs forgot that!

but he did have an affair so the phone call by punni was the truth = in the end, its a deceit and he is proving him self to be a cheater.
ovi purvi both th girls shud kick him out of their lives. what a low life.

One thing I can make out from Arjun's behaviour is that she can easily trust Punni in alteration with Purvi. So, it is easily understood what importance he has given to Purvi.

How silly of me to wonder why Arjun called in Punni to try and get the details about the private number from which Ovi was called! It is a classic plot device, meant to scare the living daylights out of Punni, who is already worried after eavesdropping on Archana's conversation with Purvi about the same subject.

It is not important that Punni cannot provide any of the desired info (for obvious reasons). What is important is that since she now knows that even a private number can be dug out, she will not call Ovi from ANY mobile number. So now, as I had written earlier, she will be forced to down shutters for the present as far as this scheme goes, or else use a public landline, with all the attendant risks of being seen (leading to speculation as to why she was calling from there and not from her mobile) or overheard or both.

As to why Arjun mentions that he would have handed this over to Purvi if she had been there, this is so that Punni does not wonder why Arjun Sir should overlook his Girl Friday and ask her to do this job, and begins to speculate and/or gossip about a rift between Arjun and Purvi.

He is still a faltu slowpoke, but one cannot fault him on this count. One has to be fair!
Incidentally, how did you like my crack about how Ovi would handle a discovery that Arjun had a whole harem tucked away somewhere? I bet my conclusion is spot on!

Secondly, remember Purvi telling Arjun that Archana had given her the responsibility of tracing the caller? She has obviously made no progress, but Arjun now has got hold of this lead (not from the limpet-airhead, even if she had not erased it, for the number would not show up there). So he wants to help her by getting this investigated. He would not know how to go about getting this confidential info, but why he thinks Punni, or even Purvi, can get it done is puzzling. The police can do it in a jiffy and a clever private eye can do it by devious means, but not Purvi or Punni.

are which prob...he was talking to Punni as if she already knew abt the prob...

he should have told her, just to find the dtls abt it..as this no has made a phone call to Ovi & is making prob..

he was talking to punni as if punni is already aware of the prob..ovi is facing...

its only we audience knw what prob...how will Punni know, what prob?

which prob is Arjun talking to Punni🤔 & she also is shaking her head, as if she knows it🤣
