It's probably cuz Sia requested that he be taken there. Raghav wouldn't just take Viraj home when he knows what kind of man he is and hates him.

But Viraj was hit by Raghav's sister. So irrespective of his hatred it is his responsibility!

He has no choice. He can't just leave Viraj. But why not take him to a hospital?! Good riddence I'd say!!😛
