MP's mother

While watching Friday's episode I had some doubts regarding MP's mother. Is she aware of what kind of a person MP is. I mean he was pointing his gun towards Pat and in anger he told that he will finish all the games of Mehareen that too by holding a gun. So is she aware that MP is a person who has killed so many people and is she aware of the kind of business he is doing? if she is aware then why is she not trying to stop her son killing innocent people?
