Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy does it again!

With 'Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna' dominating the top of the charts, musical trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy are at it again. They prove their brilliance through the music that speaks loud about their talent. After 'Kal Ho Na Ho' which was the biggest musical hit of 2003, they succeed in coming out with another masterpiece for Dharma Productions with the music of KANK. The pick of the lot from the album, among all the other good tracks happens to be 'Mitwa'. This is one song that is being appreciated very well by the people and has made a place for itself in the hearts of many.

When asked how did they feel that Shafqat Amanat Ali was the right choice for the song, Ehsaan Noorani says, "We were in Goa composing the track and we wanted an exotic voice for the song. Shankar once heard Shafqat Amanat Ali's song 'Ankhon Ke Sagar' on radio and was quite impressed with his voice. He immediately SMSed his friend and RJ Tarana for the singers name. We wanted to work with Shafqat since then for something really big and 'Mitwa' happened."

Thanks for sharing, SEL makes one movie in a year, offers everytime new to the audience, a total package of entertainment.

thanks for sharing 🤗 ... i really like SEL but i feel they have no variety in their music... Although Mitwa is a completely different type of song which they've composed

I didn't liked the music of KANK though but SEL r really awesome MDs , great to c another succcess for them 😃

I am disappointed with KANK's music, it isn't upto the mark by their own stantard. It sounds like KHNH Part2, title songs dono mein ek type ke hain, usme ek disco song thaa isme bhi disco song. And for once, can Karan Johar make a movie without SRK. 😆
