Today was one of those days when I thought to myself, who is that gorgeous girl in the cameo role of a BDO? I would love to know more about her...😉 Come on writers, who are the leads of this show? Let me tell you if this is actually not a rhetorical question for you. KRISHNA and PINTU. Remember them, the starry-eyed idealists who stand for the truth and whose love makes us all feel uplifted and happy? No? That's what I thought. 🤔

CVs, TTS is not the main character of the show. Giving him half the screen time while our leads get to share the scraps with all the other characters is not going to fetch your TRPs. As much as I love SK and TTS, he is a character actor and this is a side role, not meant to be dominating the episode. Today instead of Krishna dealing with her various relationships we had TTS dealing with his...😕

But I did love the scenes of Krishna the writers deigned to throw in there. She was truly a BDO today and even the scenes with Pintu did not seem at all out of place. I love his humour when she says this is her office..and he says and this is your husband. 😆 Aw. Them spending lunch together was sweet, believable and did not make Krishna seem like the flakiest officer on the planet. I am satisfied!

TTS is having to think harder and harder about how to best this girl and one day he is going to be out of ideas. I mean the very fact that he keeps going back to BDP speaks of how desperate he is.

But I am interested in this whole education vs. social hierarchy track they are on. Ganga's dialogue yesterday that no matter how big an officer someone is, they cannot be bigger than samaj was a really interesting perspective because as an urban audience I take it for granted that that is not true. But for someone like Ganga whose very existence rests precariously upon this social balance, it would not seem like Krishna being an officer holds much import for her status. But she is taking notice of how Krishna obeys her and the day she cracks is going to be the downfall of TTS. That is why TTS tried to trap Krishna into going to her parents house again. But thankfully she is smarter than his average adversary.

What is interesting is that TTS himself had forgotten the status thing for the BDO benefits he thought he would be getting. So at some level, Ganga is fundamentally wrong. The old feudal society is not the only measure of status and power in this day and age. Education and vocation also play a part. I loved Pintu's displeasure again. He is not expressing it because it would really be counter productive but as long as he is not happy with the way his parents are treating Krishna, there is honest support for Krishna.

Aw Sonu as gotten attached to his Mary Poppins chachi already! 😃 See, those with no baggage and pure hearts cannot resist Krishna because she is just like them. Sonu and Sargam have no reason to be insecure or any hang ups about Krishna so they love her freely. All the others have some issue or the other, including my poor Babloo. I am starting to wonder though if he ever had a spine. And I cannot find any evidence to support that he had. Maybe he is a teacher because he likes playing god...

Saritha has heard Chaubey and Pyarelal talking...I wonder what is going to happen there. For once they are not rushing things and they are building up slowly. Please maintain this pace and I shall continue to see hope for this show as I did today.

Today was an OK episode. As we all predicted Krishna did manage to save Pintu who was hiding from his dad. That was a close one 😆 I too felt that today's episode had too much TT. I wonder why Krishna is not getting the fact that she has to use reverse psycology on Ganga. If she did not want Bahu Bhoj all she should have done is cheered on for it and Ganga would have turned it down. TT, on the other hand is clearly using the friction between Krishna and Ganga to his advantage and seems successful for now.

I also read somewhere that Bua Saas is going to come in to TTS mansion and create more problems for Krishna. She is going to be played by Kirti Sualy it says. I hope she pulls TTS' ears too!😆


Lovely analysis Sam and Priya. I too loved the scene where they were feeding each other. Today it seemed to be an arc to the next part of the story.

I just had 3 hours sleep in last 24 hours. Been busy with work. Thought my TV serials will make me happy... But to the contrary, I was BORED of AB today. I just was seeing the visuals and listening to crappy Tuntun Singh and idiotic tracks and twists. Seriously I literally went numb looking at his face and seeing his drama.

@Shri - What Angel said was correct. It was Bua Saas and so it would be TT's sister. As you can see that most shows that have high TRP's are the ones with saas bahu drama, AB creatives might use this as a means to increase their TRP. I still have my doubts about it. My only concern is that the CVs don't forget the crux of the show in doing all this..

This show is driving me loco, come on people I thought that after the marriage we would c some romance, some drama and some BDO not this crap.
Pardon the language but what the hell is DBP still on this revenge track, isn't pinky one step away from the mental institution, in this the kind of situation she should b in, any doctor would think that pinky should not b anywhere close to the source of her pain the cv should know this. If they r thinking of using pinky situation to create high drama,maybe they r the ones who needs a shrink.
No disrespect to the indian culture and tradition and family value, but this crap about social status and class that ganga is spewing is just pissing me off, I did not expect afsar bitiya to go down this line of reasoning when the show started. After all, it was about balancing her career and being a wife and mother not this bull...
Also we need to c less TT and more of the lead pair and the writers of this show needs to get back on track, because personally I am loosing interest and I am sure many viewers r also disappointed with this show at present. Afsar Bitiya is the only show on zeetv I watch presently, because I thought if had a different message and would not b like all the rest of shows with crazy MIL and submissive DIL, guest I was Wrong.

Sorrx I m out and so on phone andcan't wrte much.Prishna's lunch scene was damn cute.And pintu's reply tht Hum tumhare pati hai.AZ tht was simply 2 cute.Ithought we will get 2see pintu all working in site.I wish we could hav got it:( But we didn't got it.Want 2 see more of krishna and pintu and prishna.I don't knw why I am feeling tht Kri's family will be insulted in Reception and Pintu willsave tieir honour.I hope so.Letz see Wht ct's have in store.
