If you check Rules and regulations regarding morphing (full rules available in the avatar and signature section), you will see that such morphing is not allowed and usally leads to a staright warning level, but instead i have only warned that such pictures should not be posted. I dont think many people have checked the rules of posting pictures/signatures in the signature shop section, but this is a forum wide ruling.

I have not seen past pictures and only came across this picture the other day when doing my daily rounds

Such pictures/morphing can lead to certain members on the forum feeling upset and leading to argments and unrest on the forum, so its best to just not post such pictures in the future.
