Meghana turns tough cop

Actress Meghana Raj is flying high with interesting roles in her kitty. And the most exciting part, she says, is that all the roles in her Mollywood films are entirely different from each other. "My next, director K Madhu's Banking Hours 9 to 4, has me essaying the role of an IPS officer, who is out to nab the culprits of a bank robbery. This is the first time I'm playing a cop," says Meghana. She will once again team up with her Beautiful co-star Anoop Menon in this flick, after Namukku Parkkaan. Director Revathy Varma's Maad Dad has her playing a character from the past, complete with retro looks. "It's much like the Radha-Revathy-Sridevi look of the early 1980s. I play Lal's wife, who dies young. Onle he can see and talk to me," informs the Nanda Nandita girl.
