They do it all! "I catch up on sleep. A good 8 to 9-hour sleep works wonders for me. It rejuvenates me completely", quips Kangana Ranaut.
However Bengali bombshell Koena Mitra has a different stress strategy. "A hot shower and a rigorous work out unwinds me totally", she says.
Actor Koel Purie indulges in martial arts and gorges on ice creams. "I sweat it out in a capoeira class. (Brazilian martial art), then have ice-cream and catch up with my girlfriends." Says Koel.
Model-turned-actor Sushma Reddy has a cool way of de-stressing herself after a hard days work. "I enjoy watching films after a hard days work. It relaxes me completely. I think even yoga is an amazing way of rejuvenating oneself", opines the erstwhile Channel [V] VJ.
Ayesha Takia pampers herself with Yoga and meditation. "The people around me are my ideal de-stressors. My mom and Farhan mean a lot to me and revive me totally. Besides, I also do Yoga and meditation regularly", says Ayesha.
