Yes, I too am enjoying this discussion a lot...never knew I'd be discussing Mahabharat in the Punar Vivah forum.😆😆 And you're right that Karna learned his education through deception, which was not right. He may not have known that he was actually a kshatriya by birth like Parashuram accused him, but he knew he was a suta putra as per the parents who raised him, but he hid that fact too and told Parashuram that he was a brahmin, just to learn the astra shastra from him. His situation was pitiable, yes, but he could have gone to another Guru who knew that shastra, couldn't he? Why Parashuram, who hated kshatriya with a passion? He could have gone to Vishvamitra or Vasishta even, both of whom taught Shri Ram the astra shastras...dunno, that's just my take on the events.😳😆 And yeah, you're right...Karna did have more ego hassles than Arjuna. He may not have been as evil as the Kauravas, but he certainly became more negative towards the end of the pic than he was at the beginning.
