Is Prachi alright? She has been missing 2 days in a row! I know she deserves a break… but why would they give her a break when Ram is the one who actually needs a break? I hope she is doing fine😕. And they are stressing out Ram like never before… the scenes written for him are far to emotionally draining and physically draining aswell. Why couldn't they have thought of another way out?
Finally it is out of the horse's mouth… Jai with all his humility accepted he cant live without Bani. Thank God he laid to rest not our confusion…but his own confusion! He needed to hear it from himself to believe in the purity, power, passion of the emotions he feels for bani. I am glad he told himself that… I hope Jai you are atleast at peace with yourself a bit.
Pia… after all the battering she got yday… she saved herself from further wrath… she hesitated before entering Jai-Bani's room… GOOD FOR HER! And yeh kya hua? Bani is gayab? How irresponsible can you guys get?
Massi was probably on he way to meet Jai.. she saw Pia and was almost guilt struck. The 1st time I saw I was wondering why was Massi giving that look to Pia? Jai was passing by and stopped at tracks hearing Massi say bani had left them. It was the last thing he wanted to hear after all the turmoil they have gone through and Pia did exactly what I expected from her… Blame Jai😡! And Jai is being far too patient with her… 'Main nahi janta ke Bani kahan hai!' and she stormed out threatening not to spare him if something happens to Bani and what did she do exactly? Go back home herself… did she try to find out where Bani could have been? Na, gave Jai an ultimatum and left. Anyway good she didn't venture out coz it would have additional trouble with the city on fire.
Jai was pacing the living room making phone calls after phone calls to find Bani.. was met with no response. Loved the way he yelled into the phone 'I need the information fast, So just get it' It sounded everybit like the powerful Mr. Walia. Hats off to Ram to get those intrigue details just right👏.
Then Massi came along and he knew he had blurt out what was there in his heart… he couldn't hold the guilt any longer… guilt of not only causing Bani pain, but not being able to stop her from leaving the house. He was being very harsh at himself. 'Sab sochte hain ke Bani mere waje se ghar chodke cahli gaye… aur wo sahi kehte hain.' My heart went out to him when he said 'Use nafrath ke, dukh pohanchaya, jab se ghar mein aaye hai use ek pal hi kushi bhi nahi desaka… Main bahut bura hoon'😭 Awwwwwww Jai. Don't do this to urself.. don't be so harsh on urself. U have no idea how happy she with you around… she is happy just to love you, her happiness is in loving you, taking care of u, in pampering u rotten… as long as you let her do all that… she was happy, and more over you have made her feel the most powerful emotion ever… that of LOVE, u couldn't be a BAD guy. Now stop punishing yourself and torturing me😭.
Jai should be banned from sitting on the stairs… he makes me cry everytime he collapses on a stair nearby. The 1st time was on the stairs of the temple… he made me hate Bani for the next 2 days! Then ofcourse the hospital, I wanted to pull Nishikant out of his grave and kill him all over again… but today it was something else. I don't have anyone to hate for making him cry like that… and that duffer is blaming himself making things only worse for me. Jai ENOUGH! U made me cry 4 days in a row… and I know today is going to be the finale.. after that NO more tears.
Looking at him so helpless and broken… massi went over to him and sat beside him. He held her hand and said 'Main Bani ko isliye nahi chata hoon kyunki wo meri bache ki Ma bane wali hai… Mujhe uske Zarurath hai. Bani ne mujhe apne aap se milya…Main Bani ko ko nahi sakta. Kaise jeeunga main Bani ke bina" He looked so lost when he said that. It was as if the last 40 years never existed for him.. he never knew how life was without her around him… not just to pick up his clothes and take care of him but just to assure him of his own goodness, to make come alive. He became the Jai Walia Bani saw him as… and he himself likes this Jai more than what he was… he cant afford to lose himself coz Bani exists in him.. in the very basic being that he is. I am glad he said that he wanted Bani back not coz she was the mother of his child, but wanted her back for himself.
Looking at her munna so lost, Massi kissed him and told him he cant be wrong, he could never hurt anyone… he cant be bad. He needed that assurance so much… he needed to know he doesn't deserve to be punished so harshly... he didnt deserve losing Bani . And Massi did just that… tell him he cant be wrong… and assure him that Bani needs him more than ever coz now he isnt just her husband but also the father of her kid. Massi told him Bani is all alone and needs to be protected… and only HE can do that. There was a new kind of energy in Jai and he came to life almost instantly… he had to find Bani, had to protect her, had to take care of her… She needed him afterall… and ONLY HIM! Massi said "Apni puri taqat lagate, beta aur bani ko ghar le aah." He told Massi that he has tried contacting different places it has not helped… now he himself will go and find her and come back only with her. His power didn't exist in his wealth… but in the power of his love and belief that nothing can happen to Bani. He held Massi's hand across his heart as if he is promising her and himself that bani will back into their home and their families.
Jai was about to leave when Aditya told hom about the bombblasts… it shook his new found confidence but he assured himself that Bani is safe and hurried out with Aditya. The came out and Jai realized he should ask the watchman about bani… yes the watchman knew She had called for a taxi and had left towards Dadar or Anderi he was not sure. Btw loved the way the scene was shoot in Black and White… breezy setting… Jai's coat flying yet he walked his head straight… very symbolic of the terror of moment black and stormy and yet jai being very determined to fight it out. I usually don't like hymns in the backdrop… I like them only at rare occasions and this was one of those times… gelled well with the scene....brilliant cinematography👏
He reached Dadar and at once got the seriousness of the situations…they were people running all over. He waded through the crowd searching for her with a photo in his hand… and after sometime he realized the photo had slipped from his hand. Even that thought of a photo slipping away from him terrorized him… he went to search for it and picked it and dusted it off. He seemed to find a TC who said this lady had got a ticket to borivili and that she was crying a lot.
Jai went into the station and the actual disaster was right there in front of him…he compartments blown out, rescue team at work. people searching for their loved ones, Jai walked almost dead, but his eyes was alive scanning every face trying to find Bani among them. A soulful Aadat playing at the backdrop with Bani's flashes keeping Jai going. He was so used to her ways, so used to her comforting presence around him. Her smile warming his cold heart. Btw it was good to see Bani smiling and Jai had given quite many reasons to smile… so duffer stop feeling so guilty. Before he used to think of Bani only after marriage, yday he was thinking of the old Bani aswell… so the indication is there Bani was far to special to him from day one... he just didn't realize it. Thank God he didn't get married to Pia… varna I am sure this one would have been miserable after he realized bani was the girl he loves. At times i am just convinced if Jai was married to someone else and if Bani showed up... there would be an Extra Marital Affiar for sure... and i sure would be rooting for it😳😆
Sahil-Rano came back and Jigyasa was there to welcome them. I was disgusted with Jigyasa that I wont react to her… I kept a straight face… but jigyasa was too funny… she crackled me up with her sarcastic antics. Ashwini was simply marvelous.. sarcasm to terrorizing to teasing… she was fabulous. The creatives did a great job writing that scene… it was simply entertaining. Loved the way she mumble 'lo agaya joru ka gulam' 😆 Arre yeh Rano ko kya hua? She looks terrorised by her sasuma... yeh tho shurwat hai Rano... abhi se himmat hargaye?
Jai was hoping from station to station when one of the police officer recognized him and asked him what he was doing here he said his wife was missing. The officer asked him to go home… but Jai refused to 'Main uske bina ghar nahi jaunga' he commanded, he pleaded😭. The inspector agreed and asked him to come along with him on the patrol. Sitting in the jeep he prayed for the 1st time he prayed for bani's safety… It was so heart wrenching to see Jai like that… just as another man, and not a powerful man Jai Walia.
Just then a radio message said they found a body matching the description of Bani and Jai was required to confirm it. Jai just sat numb.
Ram simply rocked… he always does… I am getting used to him beating himself everytime. But this time he went a step ahead with a brilliant portrayal of a man searching for his loved one in a terror struck city👏. Massi was amazing… she looked as broken as jai was. Ashwini was good for the entertainment she provides.👏
What an episode… high on emotional content. Here was a story of one man, one family searching for their beloved in the terror struck city… imagine the condition of those 200 families who actually lost their loved ones, those 800 families still recovering from injuries, those millions who would have worried for their loved one in terror struck city. If one man moved us with his helplessness and love for his wife lost in the crisis… imagine thousands of such stories allover the city of Mumbai on that night. Do the people responsible for this have even a faint trace of humanity in them😡? Yday's episode was indeed a heartfelt tribute to the victims of the tragedy and the city itself which fights back ever single time. It was a wonderful gesture by the President to have lead the country yday to show solidarity and support to a city which has been through a lot over the past few days. Mumbai, We are with you. God Bless.
