So I was basically termed "Immature" most of the times I'd end up in a fist fight because of someone hitting my friends... But I'm glad that D3 changed the definition of maturity to suit that...
Recently we were told that - "we'll be seeing the boys grow into men as they're faced with more mature decision". And I really wonder if my mom heard that someone beat a guy (let alone one guy beating up six as a one man army) to settle scores MATURELY, I'm sure she'll go and give a piece of her mind to that guy.
If we were to go and settle something maturely... the best would've been to call the police and show the recorded videos as evidence (finally some use of the non-existent brain of the common Louisians!!).
But they make an amazing character who'll do anything for his friends go Tollywood way beating the guys up... in a fist fight - one against six - in the rain, shirtless. Now if that's a way to spice up the show, believe me the audience ain't that silly anymore. Especially when you're watching second year college students fight out some problems in the college campus. I've nothing against the character of Rey... Honestly I like him... he already is a lot mature... But sincerely this part of the script is NOT. Swayam and Rey have forever been two MATURE characters who take everything, from matters of friendship to love like grown up, and the script makes them fight off the goons on college campus... If I see from a true fan of D3 side of mine, ReYam fighting Chee-vam's gang makes my heart swell with pride, but when I see all this being done in the name of maturity, it makes me wonder if that's what the Tele-world is going to teach kids (considering the fan base ranges from age 14 to I don't even know...!) Because what kids see is what they do...
I ask Palki ma'am just one question... can I go on to be so MATURE in my life? If I get caught (since I'm no more a minor), can I call you up?
P.S. I'll say again, I'm not bashing Rey or Swayam here... I'm just against the turn of events in the script...
