I was thinking as to why Shyam just simply altered the will and didn't think of making papers that would just transfer all of ASR's property and everything to him.

Also he could have easily made Arnav sign papers like these before when Arnav believed each and every thing that the creep said and trusted him completely because of his sister. BUT he didn't. He was just waiting for Arnav to add his name in the will and entitle him to atleast some part of ASR's fortune.

Maybe the creep is thinking like this- He doesn't want all the money immediately as of now because he already has a money-making machine in the name of ASR and even though ASR might have stopped tranferring money into the creep's account, he still has Anjali to fulfill all his money-related wishes and greeds. He can easily manipulate her into giving him money when he needs it. She trusts him completely and not only that she worships him, and it's very easy for him to make her comply to everything he says and wishes for.

But once he gets tired of all this and ASR dies(since it's a will and he has to die for the will to gain its importance, he might have thought something about that too), Shyam will just get his hands on all the money. Till then he can just laze around while his money-making machine makes more and more money and his wife doesn't question him about anything related to his work. He doesn't have to work hard at all.

Maybe that was his initial plan when Arnav also believed him and trusted him blindly but now the creep's getting scared that if he doesn't do anything about it fast he might lose everything and all his 'hard work' in getting all the money will go down the drain. And that's why he's taking measures now to get the all the money and property entitled to him as fast as possible.

PS: I don't know if I made any sense in the above post. I just wrote whatever came to my mind at that point of time..😳

totally makes sense.. even i was wondering why make a will? why not a power of attorney or some document to transfer all of arnav's properties? After all Shyam is a lawyer.. he's not so dumb.. Drafting the will has so many problems.. he has to kill arnav to bring the will to effect.. what was shyam thinking?

Only Shyam will know what's cooking in his mind...Anyways half his plans fail only or are successful in playing cupid for Arhi.. 😆

He wants Arnav's money and also Khushi.
He thinks if Arnav dies he will get the money

yes exactly! but i wonder why he thinks that ASR will die before him! cause its him who is going to die soon and his murder will be Khushi! cause if Khushi comes to know to know that he tried to harm her husband she will for sure kill him! 😆

on a serious note.. its true! now he will do things with the help of Anjali and once he thinks that things will be out of control he will use that will..the will is not for now its for future! but i just want to say that forum needs to chill..cause the will wont be work because till ASR is alive the will wont hold any importance! i think he is kidnapping him because he wants to kill him! 😡

Well I think Shyam is somewhere really smart.

We actually call him dumb and foolish but he is the true spawn of the Satan.

He simply wanted to walk on the lines of Arnav. Arnav made the will...and somewhere, bending the will in his own way is easier.

He can fake the documents and make Arnav sign under false pretense, and WILL comes into force after a person is dead while the Power of attorney does not.

Power of Attorney, and stuff couldn't be transferred into his name simply because the whole AR empire is TOO huge. Arnav could've found a way to settle his score with Shyam after Shyam would have had made him sign the power of attorney.

Arnav Singh Raizada is a powerful name in the business industry, you think a mere transfer of properties would have stopped Arnav?

Wouldn't it all come out in the open?

And, Shyam couldn't afford losing Anjali's trust. If he'll ever be ready to lose her trust, it would be when he would be completely sure of his financial securities.

Arnav could again rise to power after giving the power of attorney to Shyam.

But, the WILL? Well, how can someone rise from the dead?

He thinks he could kill off Arnav and the property and all will be his entirely and there would be NO danger of facing Arnav again.

He maybe a devil but he doesn't have the courage. He cannot afford to face Arnav and he KNOWS that. Even he is scared of Arnav.

Plus, that way...even Khushi could be his. After Arnav's death, that is.

And hence, the will and not power of attorney.

I'd say that Shyam's smart, but he forgets one thing- Good always triumphs over evil. 😊

@blue- Very true!! If not Khushi atleast we will kill him. Why wait till ASR gets kidnapped. Let's do the shubh kaam now itself. Shubh kaam mein deri kyun? But let him live his last moments thinking he is going to be 'successful'..😆

@green- Maybe true..Shyam can only tell what is cooking in his brain because I have no plans of getting into that creepwa's brain...It's totally meant for creeps like him...Anyways almost all his plans fail except for the ones in which he plays cupid for Arshi..Those are his most successful plans.. 😆

I'm just going to lay back and watch how the CVs play it out... 😊

Coming to think of it..you might be right! 😊

But from all these things we can conclude that Arnav's life is in danger anyways..Hopefully Shyam's plans flop as usual and he neither gets the Will nor the Power of Attorney nor any other thing which might exist in the business and law world.. 😊

i think those papers have something more to it ...its will and may be he has added little clauses which wil not be noticed by anyone until something he will claim to get everything...he will kidnap him and might blackmail her wife to transfer everything...as she is having everything now...

rest that creep knows...
