THE LAST PART

It has been 4 weeks and everyone was slowly adjusting with their new life-styles

Dev was slowly adjusting himself to the office conditions..Trying to be responsible ,Maan's adjustment while balancing between KC and his photography which breathes life into him.

Adi and Shravya..Knowing each other and trying to understand everything.

Sudesh to his loneliness..though he has got a wonderful family ,everyone was busy with their own life ..He was adjusting to his new life style while meeting his walk friends..every morning and evening.

One night after the office hours Dev was dropping Geet to Pinky's house

They both were sitting in the car and Geet saw a sudden silence in Dev's face . Was it the sudden loneliness that some one feels after spending time with a lot of people and enjoying things while forgetting everything else or Is it something else.

Dev Any problem??

No Geet..Nothing!! Dev smiled

Dev?? She looked at him.

Geet..I'm scared..what if I don't' stand upon everyone's expectations ..In the office I do a lot of mistakes..Sometimes I wonder if I would ever be able to handle things.

Dev...I know it's easy to say Don't worry and all..but believe me Dev..I'm saying with my personal experience..we make many mistakes and we as a person as an individual have that strength to overcome any problem..learn from our mistakes... Beleive me..Don't worry about these things..You just keep trying and things will automatically fall in place. You are strong Dev.

I'm always there to support you ..She assured him with a smile.

She got down and waved a good bye.

She went inside ,talked to Pinky for some time and slept peacefully.

After some time ,she heard someone knocking her door very hard. She woke up...rubbed her eyes and opened the door.

There were a bunch of people standing before her..

HAAPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!! All of them shouted.

Geet kept her hands on her mouth!!

Oh My God!!!

H-A-P-P-Y B-I-R-T-H-D-A-Y Geeet!!!

Many many many happy returns.

Geet went near her..Happy birthday!! He hugged her tight.

He lifted her up while hugging.

OMG..Thank you Maan...Thanks a loot!! I love you!! She was overwhelmed.

Maan brought her down.

Pinky went near her and hugged her...

Meera ,Yash,Sudesh ,Adi ,Shravya all of them hugged her and wished her ,kissed her.

Dev went near her and hugged her tight...Happy birthday..Bhabhi!!

Bhabhi?? Geet whispered??

Yeah from now on no Geet..no partners..Only Bhabhi..though we'll remain the partners in crime forever..Well only if world doesn't end this year..he smiled and winked.

DEV!!! Geet hit him playfully.

Sudesh went near her and kissed Geet's forehead.

Geet Let's show what have we brought for you.

Geet was eager to see it .

She definitely knew that it would be something very different.

She moved forward.

Meer and Yash brought a huge card with the imprints of all their hands.

It remembered her of something..Yes..Meera's and Yash's office wall decoration where she played with colours for the first time after a long time.

Colours that represented hope in her life. Her newly-forming friendship with Dev and Maara-Yash.

She almost had tears in her eyes...Each and every person had their hand prints ,resembling their presence which brought change in her life.

Geet's eyes were almost filled with tears.

Are..Are..Geet..Ise pe itni emotional...There's more waiting for you Geet.

Dev smiled and moved forward and gave her their photographs.

And below there was written something.

Thanks for entering in the life of my "Heartless" brother.

'Heartless' brother how could she forget it? It was Dev's first ever drama that Geet witnessed..Dev blaming and doing drama while narrating the story of his heartless brother. Their first day of their friendship which only grew deeper with every passing day.

Dev ...came as an amazing friend in Geet's life..with whom she could share anything who brought out the Old..Dramebaaz...Geet out of her. He is nothing less than her own brother who always cared for her tried to do all possible things to make her happy.

She again hugged him..You don't even know what position you hold in my life bhabhi.. It's simply beyond words.

They all showered Geet with simple yet amazing gifts.

Adi and Pinky gift reminded her of for all those times that they spend together in the Office..Which was a new beginning to her ,from where she started to move ahead..Pinky and Adi were there with her when she was completely new to city and everything else.

Sudesh cupped her face and kissed her forehead..you are no less than an angel in my life beta..

Uncle..you don't know how I would die to meet you every morning..just to talk to you..Share things with you...share my tensions with you...take advices..You are a great support to me Uncle.

They all brought a huge cake and Geet cut that cake...everyone was so happy in their celebrations.

Maan slowly pulled Geet towards him..Geet..main aj tumse kuch poochta hoon.

Haan Maan..bolo...

Maan went on his knees..I want to marry you Geet..!!

I don't even know what to say..He smiled

I want to become yours forever Geet...Will you marry me??

It was completely unexpected to Geet...She didn't have words to speak ,she nodded into an Yes with loads of happiness and excitement .

Maan stood up..everyone was so calm and silent..Maan -Geet both looked around to see their faces..They all shouted all of a sudden and started clapping making Geet blush.

Geet hid herself in Maan's arms.

Oye hoye..don't sharmao..Geet!!

Aur tab ka kya when you ppl teased us.

They all laughed ,everyone was so happy.

Waise Maan..mere paas kuch hai tumhe dene ke liye!!

Geet ran inside her room picked something and came out.

She handed it over to Maan.

It was a magazine..Magazine?? Maan asked confusingly!

She signalled him to open it.

Maan opened it and was completely stunned to find his photographs of 'Bodan' trip published..It was the place where he met Geet. Maan turned the pages..he found all those photographs..Publsihed under the photography section..with a theme..Villages-Small parts of the Country representing hope and change.

After coming back from the trip Maan got busy with Khurana Cosntructions and never got a chance to get them published. Maan was so damn happy to see his work ...that too becaue of Geet.

He hugged Geet and closed his eyes..Thanks a lot Geet..He broke their hug..

He turned the pages with a lot of excitement..I don't even have words Geet...I love you!!

She had a huge smile on her face.

After some time..Geet went out and sat in the balcony.

2 years ago..I was the same girl who made darkness her only companion ,Nothing else..who blamed herself for everything ,everyone she lost..letting the guilt grow in he every passing day..Who thought that she deserved no happiness in life...Never..but today all these people sitting out there proved me wrong.

What can be better than this day , a person whose presence has given me a new life..A new beginning..A Support , Strength , Belief wants me to take me in him forever.

He introduced me to some wonderful people ...Dev ,Sudesh Uncle ,Adi ,Pinky ,Meera, Yash...all of them..who taught me many things in their own way.

I met myself again after meeting you all..after meeting you ...Maan

You made me realize that I can't simply sit ,cry and blame myself but stand for myself and fight against all odds.

I know that my life is not going to be Happily Forever from now..I know that there is a long way to go...This life showed a lot of colours to me , I don't know where this path will lead me ,but I read somewhere that there are always two ways..One is of thought and one is of ignorance and one has to chose the path for oneself.

I know that I'm the one who will be responsible for what will happen to me in the future. All these people are no less than magicians in my life who gave me enough strength to face everything without stepping back. Till now I understood that life is a struggle and there's no space for ones who can't stand up once fallen.

This is my 27^th birthday...A new beginning and a new step towards a new life ,what can be better than the presence of all these magicians in my life.!

They have captured me in their hearts.
