However, when Yash explained to her as to why he decided to do that, Aarti's rebuttals were not strong enough and I have to agree with what Yash said in terms of if you have the opportunity to get a good education than why should you not take it. Maybe they way he went about it was wrong but it is clear that he had Ansh's best interests at heart.

I think the underlying problem here is that neither Yash nor Aarti have ever had to ask their respective partner's opinion about making decisions. It is very clear that Yash is brought up in an environment where women are suppressed and are not consulted when making decisions. Aarti, however has had to make decisions and stand by them and has been brought up in a more liberal family and of course there is the underlying "trust" issues that she has as well. Both of them need to learn that both parents need to have an equal say in the children's upbringings.

ya i totally agree with u. really well said👏. this Sindhiya family is 18th century type family. where women have no basic human rights also.just disgustinggg

possessiveness towards their children is quite natural. she alone brought up ansh till now and she was the one to take decision of her and ansh's life so far. now suddenly her child decision is taken by yash without consulting her made her over possessive. even thou she was bit convinced with yash's move, she is afraid of giving up ansh.

Arti and Ansh are a team same as Yash and PP are a team. now both captains are trying to do good but fear harmign their own members... Aarti has stayed in nuclear family .. where she could speak to her husband freely whereas in a family like this husband wife can argue only in closed rooms .. so her instant reaction came out then and there but I think her POV was not wrong .. Yash's intentions wee also not wrong .. but they don't communicate as they have got used ot making decision for their children themselves.. without partners

I don't think her Point of view is wrong
reason being
1) Ansh is not well treated by Gayatri
2) Yash didnt ask her and shifted him to another school specially when Ansh is not in normal mode
3) Arti gave quite nice example saying that only schools are not responsible for good education and agree with her
4) Her FIL said decisions are taken by only men and women will follow Ansh belongs to Arti in any case and she has a all rights to know what is good or bad
5) Yash should have discussed it with Arti and then she wouldn't have objected
So none of them are wrong it is just Situation where in she is not able to trust anyone due to her past exp with her x-husband

Well I think Aarti is just over reacting. She knows nobody in the family other than yash is gonna take her crap. So why not blame everything to Him.
