Arnav paced through the room. His fist was tightened and eyes were blood red .he kicked in the air as he walked. He was rewinding everything happened in his life since last Feb. He walked up and down the poolside. He cursed himself 4 what he has done,. He ripped open and threw his tie and coat on the floor,.

He was staring at the floor, where the coat fell . his eyes were moist,. He kneeled down and touched the floor,." Oh,.,. Arnav,. What have you done 2 her? You made her lie on the floor on the day of ur marriage? How cruel are you ? "

** She was crying and crouching on the floor,. The door slide opened and a blanket was thrown at her,.** Now he could c the hurt and pain in her eyes clearly,. She looked up at him and those eyes were pleading 4 mercy ..

"How could I ignore it all then? How did I manage 2 hurt some1 so much , when I love her beyond limits,.",. A tear fell on the floor, he sat there weekly.." How difficult it was 4 you 2 sleep here just 4 one night, it's after effects haunted you many more days . Then, imagine how hard t was 4 her? She could have tell every1 ,. Even though you convinced her that nobody will believe her, that was not true.. The family wud have took her side..Hw hard you made life 4 her? " he punched hard on the Italian marble..

" you treated her like an animal.. No.You showed much mercy 2 Lekshmi.. . Like a slave ; You treated her.. You played with her emotions,.,." He raised his head 2 the stairs ,. He remembered how he made her a fool when maami was watching!!

His own voice rang in his head, like a 1000 church-bells ringing at the same time,. He covered his ears with his hands and frantically looked around the room,. He stood up and walked 2 his recliner,. he sat on it..

**She sat down at his feets in her blue lehanga,.,. " Aad saal the,. Jub I became an orphan,. Thabse amma, bauji,.buaji and jiji were my family..once again 2day , I became an orphan, they disowned me saying that am not their blood,. " She broke down b4 him .. **

He tightly shut his eyes as if 2 find peace..As he stood up he saw images from the past going in round around him.. ** His family and her family scolding and bashing her while he stood like a stone,.** As he looked around he felt that those memories are going to taunt him until his death,.he wanted 2 run away , but his feet were rooted in there,.** Each of them took their turn, said rude things 2 her and went away** .. He was reliving the worst day of his life,. . **Khushi fell on his shoulder as Garima came 4wd and slapped her across the face ..**

" Khushiii !!!!!!!! " he heard himself screaming,.,. His vision blurred, he imagined dark-masked shadows approaching him and he fell down ' he saw shapes , on the roof, as if in water .

A dashing Arnav approached an angelic, sweet and smiling Khushi .. She was standing near a Rose.

" Dekho , arnavji ,.,. Kitna sundar hai yeh fool ? " her face was glowing .

" Oh really ? " He came closer ,smoothly touched the petals of the delicate flower. Then he took her hand and placed the flower in it. She looked at him coyly . He smiled at her and pressed her hands hardly against the flower ..the thorns hurt her delicate fingers and the flower was strangled .. A tear and a tiny droplet of blood fell on his palm 'and ' Arnav passed out '

Khushi ran forward .She didn't know where her feet lead her. She just wanted to go as far as possible. She ran with all her might. Go away..Go Far..Away from Laxminagar, away from Shantivan, Away from AR companies.. Away from Him. She wanted to leave it all behind her. His memories, her dreams.. She wanted 2 hide from all those.. She wasn't seeing anything, her feet moved mechanically, she doesn't have a destination .. She remembered jiji's wedding..

** if you want this wedding 2 take place ,. Marry me .. 4 six months ,. ** she stopped to take some air.. All the images flashed through her mind .. He dragging her 2 the temple ,. Filling her mang and tying the mangalsutra .. Her whole family disapproving their deed .. Amma slaps her , " 2day you proved khushi that you are not our kin . " , Buaji's voice ,

" V will b a happily married couple 4 the rest of the world ,.,. " ," I don't consider you as my wife,." ," just 4 six months ' act like my wife,.,. " '. her mind replayed each and every occasion when she was humiliated ,Hurt and insulted . She covered her face with her hands and cried her heart out..

The road was deserted' she walked remembering how they met ,. How she bumped into him each time , how he treated her like an enemy , how they each other became an essential part of the other 1z life .. How she wanted 2 b with him .. She wanted 2 4gt t all .. Still her mind kept reminding it all ,.,. She saw each and every Rabba Ve moment they shared..

She climbed the tattered steps , she raised her head and looked at the statue of Devi Mayyan .. She was standing in an old and deserted temple ,.,. The murthy she had worshipped with all her heart, the Goddess she considered as herself stood before her .. She faced DM weekly,. ,. Her eyes were red from crying , her hair was blown .. She sat there like some1 who lost everything ..

" Arnavjii'"..." Arnavjii'" he felt the cool drops of water being sprinkled @ him .

" Khushiii '. " his eyes flew open .. He glanced upto c her face " khush .. Payal ? " his voice was week ..

" Ji .. Aap teek hai kya?Aap ko Kya hua ? "

" Am fine .. Thanks Payal. Par Khushi kahan hai ? "

" patha nahin Arnavji ,.,. Mein .. " payal wondered where her sister was .

" you havent seen her ? " he was tensed..

She shook her head in response .. " Mein Di ko.. "

" No Payal , its k .. " he stood up and grabbed his cell phone..

" But, are you alryt Arnavji ? "

" yha,. Don't worry " He sprinted to the door " and Payal , kisiko kuch mat batavo .. "

He was gone b4 she could answer.

" KHUSHIII'." he yelled.. He was frantically looking around .. He competed many rickshaws and headed 4wrd.

The public roads ended b4 him , he didn't know where to look 4 her.. He was guilty and wanted 2 correct his wrongs.

His eyes wandered in all possible directions.. He bent down resting his hands on his knees and he panted.. His lungs cried 4 Oxygen.. He felt dizzy.. But he wasn't ready 2 rest. He took the narrow , less utilized path . He wasn't sure y , but he had a strong feeling that Khushi was in the end of the door. He followed her .

" DM, you are all that I left with.. I cant go back 2 Shantivan. There is no1 4 me. Back 2 buaji's ? No.. I cant tell them. I have nobody in this earth DM,no1.."

" I swear on you, DM, I wont spare him, what did he thought of himself ? He shattered my dreams, He harassed me, he humiliated me, he mocked my self-respect. He cudnt even think of me as a human being.. I HATE HIM , DM , I hate him.. Oh.. Then y didn't you treat him cruelly? Y only her? You could hav gave the same silent treatment 2 her.. Oh Khushi.. There sath mein teek nahi kiya.. I want 2 repent ..Where are you?"

" Khushiii.. All I have in this earth is you . If it wasn't 4 you , my life has no meaning . " Khushi ,. You are my life ,. I took a long time 2 realise it,. Each time when I was in the verge of losing you , I realized it ,.,but when you wer near ,. All I did was hurting you ,. I never wanted 2 .. But am ..am sorry Khushi.. I need you in my life ,. Where are you ? "

"What was I thinking of my self? I shattered her dreams, I harassed her, i humiliated her, I made a mockery of her self-esteem. I didn't even think of her as a human being. After all these , she loved me ,she loved me as what I am.. I was trying hard 2 make myself believe that I hate you , but I cudnt .. All I did was loving you.. I LOVE YOU ,Khushi.."

" I know , I made ur life hellish, I know I hurt you in every possible ways, still Khushi , I felt ur love 4 me .. I tried hard 2 convince myself otherwise , but it is the truth khushi , it was only my possessiveness and fear of losing you made me do t.. It made me a devil. I know its not justifiable.. But Khushi , I couldn't manage 2 lose you.. I want you 4 myself.. I love you Khushi, more than anything in the world, more than myself.."

" I have been the beast all the time . Now here Khushi ur Rajkumar is coming.. The Only meaning of my life is you .. And I promise you Khushi , never ever will I hurt you again.. You will get ur dreams back. I will bring them back 4 you.." He rode the prancing steed 2 his wife , his princess..

" DM, you are not going 2 succeed just by instilling his voice in my head.." She stood up ,wavering. The early morning Romance and embarrassment caused her 2 miss her breakfast. The emotional turmoil , revelation and break-out ate all the remaining energy.. She felt dizzy . Her head was spinning..

" m.. Not .. Going..back.." she mumbled . Her hands fumbled for support , her knees failed 2 support her and she flew 2 the ground ..

She felt 2 strong hands .. She felt a rocking a movement..

" st'p t Khushi.. Still dream'ng of h'm? " She scolded herself.

She tried hard 2 open her eyes and stare ..She saw his face and started 2 struggle weekly.

" Be still, Khushi .." he said as he climbed down the steps,with the fragile figure in his arms.

" Na.. 'm .. not..com'ng.. Wit. Yo.." She mumbled.." A'nav Sin' Raizad.."

" Yha.. You are not going with him.. You are coming wid me - Arnav .." He replied , as he walked carrying her.

" Welcome 2 my life Khushi Singh Raizada.." He smiled when she cuddled more comfortably in his arms..
