I'm sorry to be raining on this parade especially since I DETEST the couple...but legally-

1) The GaGa marriage law is illegal & Jughead can be imprisoned for up to seven years for bigamy ONLY if Anandi files an FIR.There is NO punishment under IPC for the second equally guilty wife-on the presumption of innocence!

2) Under INDIAN laws governing ancestral property-the law very clearly state that Sons & daughters have no lien on the self earned wealth of their parents.The ones who DO have a legal claim to ancestral property created by grand parents-EQUALLY-are the GRANDCHILDREN of the creator of the wealth.To avoid the law of the land giving the GaGa couple a share is for Dadisa(original creator of the wealth) to gift or will all her property to her two sons-that will obviate Jagat;s claim.

3) Gwari has NO loco standi in the matter at all-except for her nuisance value & her rude banshee-ing! She has a LOT to lose.Her parents can be arrested as colluders to an illegal act.
