I've been having this doubt for sometime now.. Did Arnav actually make Kushi sign the contract??
They have not shown them sign the actual contract anywhere in the show. We just have the verbal agreement between them. It seems like they haven't legalized their wedding too..

For the 'SIX MONTHS WEDDING CONTRACT' to be signed the wedding will have to be registered right? But we haven't seen them register or legalize their wedding in a courtroom or elsewhere. nor have we seen them sign a contract. Even if the CV's show the contract in the future through flashbacks, signing a contract must have made kushi really angry and question him even more. A verbal agreement doesn't stand as a contract.

So what do you guys actually think about the contract?? What will happen after the six months period gets over?? Will kushi want to leave affter the Misunderstanding clear?? And if actually no contract has been signed what will be Kushi and Arnav's state of mind? Will he let her go? Or will he tell her that since they never signed a contract in the first place she shouldn't leave as she is his wife till he divorces her??

So many Questions?? What do you Guys think?? This contract thing has not been made clear at all..

No contract has been signed. I was actually expecting him to make this arrangement legal so that later Khushi doesn't claim for money. However, now I think its good that there is no contract... that means they will continue to remain married unless there is a proper divorce which will obviously NEVER happen!

I think after the mu is cleared Arnav will probably use this fact to get Khushi back to him .. he might say that there was no formal agreement so ur still married to me ...

I also question the validity/legality of the marriage. Forget legally, even religiously! No seat phere or anything. BUT will Khushi then share a bed or look a half naked Arnav if he wasn't her husband? She had issues with La's live in arrangement, so I'm a little sceptical. The CV's need to try and clear this issue up.

Just what i thought!! I think arnav will use this later on to keep kushi with him saying as no contract is signed she is his wife and she cant leave him.. But am just wondering if he still does not trust her, Why hasn't he drafted a contract.. This is totally contradicting ASR's charecter..

ArHi already symbolically took pheras in the diwali track when when they walked between the seven circles of diyas..lol..I suppose that was meant to imply that they are married..

Yes!! The CV's totally have to clear up this issue.. But probably they are saving this up for the future.. more and more suspense.. so that they can turn and twist the script any way they want.. They can either show as if they signed a contract or as if there was no contract signed..
