he knows she isn't after his money...so he didn't make her sign it to save his wealth..
he knows what she feels about the sanctity of marriage..so he didn't feel the need to legalize it by making her sign a document..

it seems like it was a verbal contract only...even verbal business contracts are legally enforceable if certain conditions are met..

ASR is business smart..he should have known to make her sign it..but he also knows you can dig up legal documents..I suppose since he doesn't think Khushi is a gold digger and he knoes she values the bond of marriage, he didn't want to take a risk by unnecessarily signing a document..plus payal is enough for him to blackmail her..

But Arnav thinks she is a home wrecker.. He's kind of softened to her a bit now but he was really angry with her on the first few days of their wedding.. then why didn't he make her sign a contract in case (atleast according to him) she wants something from him.. Thats what he thinks of her right?
