They have not shown them sign the actual contract anywhere in the show. We just have the verbal agreement between them. It seems like they haven't legalized their wedding too..

For the 'SIX MONTHS WEDDING CONTRACT' to be signed the wedding will have to be registered right? But we haven't seen them register or legalize their wedding in a courtroom or elsewhere. nor have we seen them sign a contract. Even if the CV's show the contract in the future through flashbacks, signing a contract must have made kushi really angry and question him even more. A verbal agreement doesn't stand as a contract.

So what do you guys actually think about the contract?? What will happen after the six months period gets over?? Will kushi want to leave affter the Misunderstanding clear?? And if actually no contract has been signed what will be Kushi and Arnav's state of mind? Will he let her go? Or will he tell her that since they never signed a contract in the first place she shouldn't leave as she is his wife till he divorces her??

So many Questions?? What do you Guys think?? This contract thing has bot been made clear at all..

same here..sometimes i think how arnav claims to be her husband ,by just a mungla suter,(don't knw the exact word) nd sindoor? he may ,is a fan of "sada hak"😆

@red...i think he will try to make her stop with love nd regret, initially ,if she will not stop then he may use this idea..
btw it sounds nice n romantic if he claims his right like this 😍 dont throw chappalz😆

Marriage itself is not legal!!! it won't stand in the court of law. Actually if you think legally, they are not even married, there are no witnesses, no legalized dcument of marriage. They cannot claim themselves Husband and Wife legally. This is as good as live-in relationship as like with lavanya.

No offence to anyone, but they are not officially married...

it seems like it was a verbal contract only...even verbal business contracts are legally enforceable if certain conditions are met..

But they don't even have a witness to this verbal agreement.. So how will it be legally enforcable?

But Arnav thinks she is a home wrecker.. He's kind of softened to her a bit now but he was really angry with her on the first few days of their wedding.. then why didn't he make her sign a contract in case (atleast according to him) she wants something from him.. Thats what he thinks of her right?

I think he did not want to take the un-necessary risk...Shaym is a lawyer and he could have gotten those documents dig up if he knew the right people...Plus, he knows Payal is enough for him to blackmail Khushi..

i dont know about anjali coz after knowing shyam's truth i'm afraid if she starts hating khushi... coz somewhere in her mind she might bear doubt about khushi... but naniji can surely play a role to make khushi stay in RM forever

@ pandianjennifer

I think the reason he hasn't made her sign the contract is coz he loves her and wants her to be with him forever. Also, he calls her a gold digger just to insult her ... remember the wallet scene where Khushi told him to check his wallet if he thinks she stole his money ... remember his reaction? That showed he actually doesn't think she's after his money. He uses the gold digger and low class card just as a defense mechanism.

I know he says he married her for his sister but somewhere in his heart I think he married her for himself too ... he couldn't tolerate her being with someone else ... we know how khadus he is ... he's never gonna admit the real reason but we know 😉

I get it.. he still has his bait!! PAYAL!!

exactly, if it wasn't for payal, I am sure he would have taken the risk and made her sign one..but he knows she doesn't care much about the repercussions from legal agreements if her neck is on the line from the employment contract fiasco..Payal card is better than any contract he could have drawn up..

oh, I was just making a point that for Arnav and Khushi, it is enough that they verbally agreed on it...and as I said, its a symbolic marriage only...Symbolic engagement...symbolic pheras...symbolic shagun ki haldi etc..

I completely agree!! But ASR must have had his doubts right?? Because what he saw on the terrace must have confused his opinion about kushi..
