SPOILERS!!
On Star Plus' hit show Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, the Sasural track is coming to an end so Arnav (Barun Sobti) and Khushi (Sanaya Irani) will be returning to the Raizada house where a whole new drama will be starting. The Creative Team are focusing on Shyam's (Abhaas Mehta) new plan to take over Arnav's wealth and property. However Khushi will find out about his plans and will attempt to stop them. But Arnav will catch Khushi with his will and will put the blame on her. This will lead to a huge fight between the couple and Arnav will punish Khushi. But the twist is that Arnav will find the duplicate key which will fall out of Shyam's pocket and discover the truth about Shyam. This will begin to clear the misunderstanding that he has with Khushi.
Also, in the upcoming weeks NK/Nand Kishore (Karan Goddwani) will be making a re-entry. The purpose of this is to become a friend to Khushi who will finally tell him the truth behind her marriage. However, Arnav will notice this and the jealousy track will start again. But whilst helping Khushi in tough times NK will blindly fall in love with Khushi. We had a chat with Karan who told us that he was excited to be returning to the show and will be making a re-entry around early to mid-May.
Whilst this is going on Anjali (Daljeet Bhanot) will begin to suspect Shyam. She will feel doubtful about him and will start to feel uncomfortable around him. The purpose of this is for her to start disliking Shyam, so that she will not be too hurt when she will find out the truth about him cheating on her.
A lot of viewers were disappointed when there was so Maha Episode during neither March nor April, but there will be a Maha Episode airing during mid-May, probably either 19th May or 20th May 2012. The Creative Team have not got an official decided track for it yet, but it has been confirmed that Arnav will find out about Khushi's innocence. But the track that they are most likely to use they have shared with us. It consists of Payal (Deepali Pansare) finally plucking up the courage to ask Arnav the reason behind his marriage with Khushi, as she was getting no answers out of Khushi. Arnav will refuse to give answers, and this will lead to an argument between the two. Payal will get really frustrated with Arnav, and will accidentally blurt out the truth about Khushi and Shyam's engagement. Payal will get upset and stop talking to him, whilst Arnav realises the truth. What neither of them didn't know was that Shyam will have been listening to the full conversation and will know that Arnav now knows the truth. He decides to act fast before he gets caught, so he adds sedatives to Khushi's food and when she falls into a deep sleep he will take her away and lock her in an isolated house. Then Shyam's friend will be introduced, the CV's are still deciding on which actor will play him. His friend will dress like a policeman and come to the Raizada house. He will tell them that Khushi Kumari Gupta got hit by a car and died, and all the family will believe that Khushi is dead and will be completely heart-broken; especially Arnav. The reason for Shyam doing this is that if Khushi is gone no-one will suspect him, and Arnav would be too grief-stricken to confront him; also Khushi would be all his. The other purpose of this is for Barun to show off his amazing acting skills for when he loses the love of his life. We had a word with the producer, Gul Khan, who told us "If we do choose this track, it will be a great chance for Arnav to truly realise the love that he had, and it will be Arnav who will find her and rescue her and it will be a romantic way for them to finally accept each other, and it would be a gripping way to end the misunderstanding track that a lot of viewers are getting annoyed with."
So there a plenty of twists and turns coming up in the storyline, if you believe that it is getting boring, please do not lose hope as there much more excitement and romance to be coming up. Keep watching Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon every weekday at 8pm on Star Plus.
