| | Rains delay Anthony
If you thought only common people suffered in the rains, you are wrong! Even our Hindi film industry had to pay for it. The music dispatches of Sanjay Dutt- Arshad Warsi starrer, Anthony Kaun Hai, were belated on account of heavy rains. In response to it, producer Nikhil Panchamiya has decided to postpone the release of the film. This will also provide T-Series with enough time to promote the music of the movie. Earlier, the film was scheduled to for a release on the 28th of July, but will now hit theatres on the 4th of August. Nevertheless, it will benefit the filmmakers as the music is already gaining popularity and this extra week will only make it better < name=></>

| | | Bhoot Unkle: Director's nightmare Children's flick, Bhoot Unkle, has turned into a nightmare for director Neeraj Pathak. The film is 90 percent complete but for the whatever little left of the film, some creative differences cropped up between Pathak and producer Sumeet Saigal. The director refused to undertake the changes required by the producer and opted out of the film. "With three days of shooting left for the movie the producers were very adamant about the changes. I told them to replace me if they wanted the changes. I told them that if the changes were incorporated, I would not lend my name to the film", says Pathak. The film was conveniently finished without giving the due credit to Neeraj. Even the publicity material nowhere acknowledges Pathak and Saigal has gone ahead with the music release of the film. "If they want to pay me, they can do so. Even though I have shot 90 per cent of the film, it's true that I didn't complete it and did not do the post-production either," adds a remorseful Neeraj. As far as the producer is concerned, he refused to talk about the issue but agreed that his elder brother, Mukesh Sehgal, completed the film. Actor Jackie Shroff stars as the lead male artist in the film with a couple of kids. Slated for a Diwali release, the film also marks the debut of Baba Sehgal as the music director. < name=></>

| | | Rahgeer: Two timing Rituparno Ghosh's Rahgeer has been in the spot light for all the wrong reasons since the time the project was announced. There were differences between the director and the producers over who will feature in the film. Later, there were further differences. And now, Ritu seems to have dealt a final blow. The buzz is that Ritu has taken the film to UTV and abandoned plans of making it with PNC. The film was to be produced by PNC earlier but is now being made by UTV. But what is surprising is the fact that Pritish Nandy of PNC is still unaware of this change. Nandy continues to believe that the project is with them only as they have exclusive contracts with lead actor Akshay Kumar as well as the director. On the contrary, UTV claims that they are working on the final details of finalizing this venture, which stars Aishwarya Rai as the lead actress. Now that is what we call two timing, what say!
