I reallt don't think so because she loves Jai and She want Jai in her life eventhou Jai have done a big mistake. But She also knows that it was an accident.

NO WAY,BANI,WONT BE ABLE TO TAKE THE BABY FROM JAI.JAI WILL NOT LET HER,HE WILL HAVE TO GIVE ANOTHER ROUND OF JUNE 19TH,THAT WUD MAKE BANI,RECONSIDER ABOUT LEAVING.
