After Maan left Geet worked on getting adi to join KC. She worked on the software, it kept her really busy. Adi was really obliged to Geet. He had been struggling to get a good job after Engg though he was really good. He never liked Maan in college especially because of his attitude, or may be he felt Maan always got everything easily & thats why doesn't know the actual worth of success. He didn't know he was joining his firm under him. He knew he was to report to Geet, but geet treated him more in equal terms.. & her Boss .. whom she reports to .. he didn't pay much attention.
Geet had seen a lot of change in Maan during this visit. He behaved more matured & sober. Wat ever it be.. she only fell in more love with this version of his too.
With hard work & dedication Geet managed to build the software which was more general. She was not sure if it could be used by other companies.. but then soon the trial version was out & it gained lot of popularity. Lot of clients across the world began to show interest. Yash was really happy with her progress. He had not expected the small IT division in his company could go that far.
She was invited to attend an IT conference in NYC. She went through all the visa process with adhi. She mailed Maan abt all the progress. He was really happy for her actually thrilled she was visiting NYC. He always knew she was capable of much more than wat she was restricting herself to.
Adhi got through his Visa next was geets turn, she was not that concern but was taken a back when they held her passport for further verification. She told adhi to carry on while she waited patiently.
After a while she got a call from her travel agent
agent ' there r few errors in ur application
Geet smiled weekly & looked at the application.. wondered may be something she missed
agent ' Mrs Khurana u haven't mentioned abt the visa petition that is already approved for u.
Mrs Khurana itself hit her hard
then the agent pointed at points she didn't even expect in her wildest dream why haven't u mentioned abt ur marital status rightly. U would need ur husband's passport & visa details.
She didn't understand anything, wat they were talking abt.
Geet ' I don't know wat u r talking abt ..she fumbled with her words
agent ' mam waisen tho embassy doesn't have to give reasons. Main ne thoda jugad kiya tho, jr staff ne details bataya
before she could react, her phone rang she didn't want to speak to anyone at that moment. But seeing the number she almost cried ' puchki they didn't give me the Visa
he sighed ' maine tumhe kuch document mail kiyen hain
u will need them.
Both of them went silent after that.. she immediately opened her laptop & checked her mail.
her eyes widen reading the copy of documents the travel agent just asked for. She gasped seeing the copy of the marriage certificate. She flipped back to see his passport.. the spouse's name was Geet.
Every thing was clear to her.. thats why the office staff treated them more like a couple; thats why Maan had asked for her documents the other day.
He all the while knew abt the marriage certificate. He took it more seriously than she could ever think. Her throat went dry...

Maan was terrified with his own craziness to have mentioned himself married... then everything just happened he couldn't avoid. While applying for his H1 visa the company processed wife's visa too. Heart to heart he wanted her to accompany him, just that he hadn't figured it out how to tell her all this yet!!! well aab tho ussen pata bhi chal gaya.. & she went mum.
Hain puchki totally scared now to face his misti now. How on earth will he explain her anything. Worse she is not even saying anything. Is she angry with him!! wat will she think!! oh god.. it would have been much better had he told her every thing then. Oh god he was so frightened.
Hain mistimia was in cloud nine!!! she didn't need anything else to hear from him now!! she knew he loves her like crazy but never thought he would be so serious abt their relation. She did see him change when he visited her this time but never thought he had so many thing playing in his mind. She went crazy packing bag. Her face was glowing.
Someone who silently watched all this was Daadi!!!
she did notice Maan spending the whole week around Geet.. & now her face glowing just with the trip plan. Mention of Maan's name was enough to make her blush. Oh god.. he knew they were married!! OMG.. he was ok with it... not just ok.. he actually called himself married. She chuckled.. oh she was so so so ' excited. she pouted cutely looking at his pic.. mujhe kyun nahi bataya. main kitna dar gayin thi.. mujhe laga u will never accept our marriage.. she remembered how he looked at her when he signed the wedding deed.. !! pyjama main shaadi.. she chuckled.. she kissed his pic like crazy
