Ahem continues to fight this battle between his mind and his heart.

He continues to be drawn naturally and magnetically to his Gopi.

It is the day of the wedding and both Ahem and Gopi approached the dining table where the whole family was. He acknowledged that he was feeling better after having his green tea made by his wife. Even when Baa teased him that he will feel even better when he sees Gopi all dressed up in the evening. He turned and scanned his wife with meaning. Baa knows what buttons to press for Ahem as she is aware that he is attracted to his wife's beauty. After hearing from Jigar that the whole family will be attending the wedding, Ahem's tension increased. His expressionless face displayed his disbelief of this news and began backtracking as his tension rose. His mum's word was final leaving with no option.

Ahem struggled to have his way with decisions being taken for him at every direction. He felt bombarded and overruled at every turn. These were his family members whom he respected and loved, at the same time his incomplete sentences of weak excuses failed him. His mind did trouble him with, what if it was his ex girlfriend Anita, what would he do?

As he walked towards the wedding hall pondering this 'what if' he sensed that Gopi was lagging behind. When he turned around, he noticed her struggling with her earring. Upon finding out what it was, without any hesitation he went to her to resolve her problem. This action of Ahem tells that he will not leave her struggling with anything. He would go to her aide to resolve anything that is making her feel uncomfortable. This is something to note for a moment she may be in while at the wedding.

With his arrival in the the hall, his eyes searched for the truth, which came face to face with him in his pathway, in the presence of his whole family including his wife. Ahem was immediately frozen with an immense sense of being uncomfortable. Was it natural for Ahem to be jealous at her for being so happy with her activities and desires of moving on having seen him a day back? Or was this a moment of facing reality that this is it? Or was it something else altogether?

Upon realising that the bride was none other than Anita, his ex girlfriend, Ahem's mind began spirally out of control. Now that they were there for the wedding he wondered what other surprises waited for him. This raging mind and thudding heart will escalate into a battle of the wills. One has to give way to the other, but which and how?

Another perfect analysis Swasthi.

Sorry for the late comment, but just couldn't get around to it today.

I don't know exactly what Ahem is feeling but I am sure it is not pain of losing Anita to another man. He may feel regret and sadness for what was and what might have been. He also has the lingering guilt of betraying her and hurting her. Also until he saw her again he had forgotten her so the guilt for that is also there.

What gave me hope for Gohem was the way he looked at Gopi when Baa teased him and his regretful look for not being able to spare her the pain it will cause if the bride turned out to be his ex-girlfriend.

The other thing was when they arrived at the wedding venue he was still lost in his world, but he sensed her absence by his side and immediately turned to see what happened.

For now his emotions are still high and once the wedding breaks things are only going to get worst for all the parties involved but we will see his true feelings eventually.

Fantastic analysis! 👏 Ahem is not a person to express himself that easily, and with Anita, he had let himself go and not cared what the world thought when he was with her. Then, he got married, and he went back into himself even further, without even realizing. Gopi had transformed him again into a man that is now able to smile again, and tease his wife, and have laughter expressed.

His tears are not of what could have been, or did he do the wrong thing by giving her up, they were saying that what did he do to deserve to have to face his past again and why now of all times does he need to be reminded of the fact did she did indeed exist once in his life, when he, in fact, with all his strength had given her up.

Right now, as one sees it, Anita is a distraction right now for Ahem which is testing his every nerve in his being, and how he comes out through this test is something to see.

Does he love Gopi? Yes, he does, but the problem lies in not whether he loves her, the question that arises is can he live without her now?

maybe i am tired after a long tiring rotten day at work...but just saw today's episode and i am really not sure what is ahem feeling?is he jealous?guilty?angry(at wot)?is he feeling sorry for himself?is he feeling a sense of loss?...and he is feeling all that after so many months being unable to see beyond his wife...didnt really take him long to get back to square one!😡...i am sure the CVs will keep showing ahem this way or else nobody will be moved with gopi's tears!

lovely post swasthi...i did not like ahems reactions today...the way he searched for anitha ,his facial reaction when the people around said nilesh was lucky to have gotten a beautiful bride,his eyelock with anitha and most importantly his tears...and all this with gopi at his side...what the heck is he thinking...

Loved the analysis Swasthi 😊

I have to admit I have seen the epi twice today. The first time I watched online and I was feeling my blood boiling. Mostly because of Rashi but to top it off, Ahem's tears got me to as well!! I was so annoyed by that! But when I watched it on TV, I was much calmer and can see things from a different point of view now.

Ahem definitely felt better after Gopi's green tea, the girl has magic in her hands 😉, but Jigar's announcement just made him ill again, figuratively speaking.

When they reached the marriage hall, at first it seemed like Ahem was eager to see Anita but then watching it again, he just wanted to see if it was the same Anita from his past. The tears he had may have been from the guilt he is feeling that Anita was able to move on in her life yet he had spent all that time keeping himself in the pain of loosing her. Gopi watched her Ahemji and realisation hit her as to what has been troubling him since the day before.

Ahem's heart definitely lies with Gopi but with Anita in the way, his mind will keep getting distracted until it may be too late!
