I think buaji & amma going out for some reasons & asked any one of their daughter to stay with babuji..

As Khushi believes that ASR is annoyed of her, she herself takes up the responsibility to look after her father.

ASR follows her as he comes to know that she's alone there look after her father...

& at the time when they are at RM, Babuji gets well, & he will tell the truth to arnie, including the fact that Shyam is the reason for he b'cm bedridden

Ya may be chances are there for spoiler to come true.
May be they both fight babuji overhears and in the shock gets alryt, filmy hai :)
Cant predict but... Bubbly and maamji will b together creating prob for payash...
