Most certainly snakewa stealing the keys is one more Damp Squib just like...

The scorpion episodes

The live wire in the pool episodes

The car accident episodes

The perfume( ether was it) spray on saree during Havan episodes

and many such...half baked...poorly thought ,poorly executed ideas of Shyam...

What's in the file btw???
Any guesses?????

Im also confused... I even made a post about it. I thought maybe in the file Arnav has tranferred all the property to his own name coz he knows shyam can manipulate Anjali easily for money. If everything is in Arnavs own name then he can take care of Anjali and remove the threat of Shyam wanting to hurt Anjali for property. He may have named Anjali and Anjalis kid to be the next of kin to take over the property once Arnav is no more.
This may lead Shyam to try and harm/ kill Arnav. In which case Khushi will save him and he will begin to trust her and the misunderstanding may get clear.

These are just my thoughts
