Maryada Season 2

If there is season which is next to impossible, the storyline can be

Option No.1
MJ sees some medical report about SJ which states that in an accident his vital organs were damaged and he can never become a father. MJ is stunned. She goes into a huddle and SJ asks his mother what the reason is. But she will not disclose that she read that report for her own selfish reasons. After some days, she casually tells him that he can marry Dev and she has no objection. SJ is surprised and he tells his mother that it is too late and Devyani will never consider this proposal. MJ feels disappointed and sad. She tells Devyani not to find a girl for her son as her son has a medical problem. Thus now SJ is under no pressure to marry and he continues his friendship with Devyani and he feels happy.

Option No.2
Devyani will find a woman and MJ will approve. This woman will be very pretty, quite young and also has a degree in home science.From a well to do family. Shubhankar will mechanically perform the duties of a husband and slowly adjust. While the new woman, let us call her, Sharmila, will win the hearts of MJ, Devyani etc. But try as she, Shubhankar will be lost in his thoughts some times. Obviously about the woman he first loved. Then Sharmila accidentally sees tthe scribblings in his diary and comes to know his feelings for Devyani. She will start hating Devyani and she will try her best to make him also stop visiting her. MJ will sense this and ask Shubh not to hurt his newly wedded wife. And Shubhankar wont take kindly to the antagonism exhibited by his wife towards Dev.

Uttara will meet a client who falls in love with her. But Uttara, twice bitten, thrice shy. She will refuse his love pointblank. But he will persist and not leave her alone. But Uttara is too engrossed with her children and she wont encourage him. But he remains her well wisher. His name can be Rahul.

Cheenu will be played by another actor who looks more mature. He gets wounded in some border skirmishes and is sent home. Priya starts to take care of him but she finds little time as she has become a very busy lawyer. Vidya at first shuns him but slowly melts towards him. She takes care of him in her usual caring way. But Cheenu will be careful this time. He keeps his distance from her. This time Vidya takes the initiative with the help of Imli and Cheenu is too happy.
They can show that Cheenu losing his leg and thus the kind hearted Vidya wants to become his wife and take care of him and give him lots of love.

Devyani comes to know about the insecurities experienced by Sharmila and strictly orders Shubhankar not to hurt his wife in any way. She forbids him from having any contact with her in future. Sharmila is grateful and thanks Devyani.

Priya and Aditya will have a rollicking time as young parents.
Priya will fight for abused women and children and for poor clients she argues freely.
Aditya is disillusioned with politics as he sees corruption everywhere. He decides to become an independent candidate fighting for good causes. Meanwhile his lovelife with Priya is blooming.

What about Brahma and Roshnidevi? The dead Brahma seems to have a good twin who is called Vishnu and who is in Haridwar running a business. Bauji sees him and recalls how one of the twins was stolen in the hospital. As Bauji had enough of one Brahma, he just keeps quiet and does not disclose this to the family members. This track has immense possibilities.

i would prefer if the entire team come back together for another show with a different content...

what ever happens already make shubhankar and devyani hubby and wife

i am now loving it see every one out there star plus ,

I sincerly hope there is a season 2 but with more focus only on aditya and priya

priya is a lawyer and as such works on principles
aditya is a politician as such works on fluid strategies

want to see how they work in the same playground balancing personal commitments to each other and professional loyalties/ principles

also want to see somethign with gaurav and karan deciding to come back to india

do not want to see anymore of vidya in any capacity

want to see devyani and shubhu living parallel and interwined lives whether married or single

My only regret is that Aditya and Priya were the catalysts in teh show. without them the families would have never come together and the drama would not have been there. yet they were sidelined horribly midway and almost ignored at the end.

they are all brilliant actors

kamya is a wonderful actor but not sure if season two will have any pivotal role for her to play

This time as there is no lustful Brahma, they can air the show during prime time which may capture more audience. No adult content please. That is one of the reasons for low trps.

If saas bahu can run for years on nothing but some misunderstandings, why not our Maryada? It has 4 to 5 heroines of all shades and some swashbuckling type of heroes in Aditya and Shubhankar and a politican to boot.

All it needed was prime time slot with suggestive scenes rather than explicit ones.
