This is how it should happen.
Vik and Nimmo take kunal to the hotel room, nimmo goes to get the first aid kit. while she is gone Kunal ask Vik, where is Nat?. Vik gets mad and ask kunal why is he so concerned about Nat, when she was not even bothered about him?? She didn't find it nescessary to check on him how he was doing. Look at nimmo how she rushed over to him, and how worried and frantic she got over seeing him like that, he should be thankfull to a wife who loves him so much........ Anyways nimmo comes back with the first aid kit, and vik leaves, and kunal starts to think about vik's words, and than starts to have flashbacks, about him with nimmo. Nimmo comes close to him try to mend his wonds, and looks all worried, and ask him if it hurts in a loving tone, and kunal is just staring at nimmo finally realising it. Nimmo then say's that how could he drink so much and than get into a fight, what if he had gotten seriously hurt, what would have happened to her than. She accidently blurts it out, and look just looks at her, and ask "what would have happened to you then", nimmo tries to change the topic and tells him to go to sleep. Kunal however stands up and comes near nimmo........ than all the stuff from the promo can happen.
