Yesterday, I made a post for Bashers regarding Arnav and Khushi's relationship.
Today, as usual, when I came to the forum and saw the bashing post I decided to decode April 13th episode. Because I felt the subtle messages are lost on bashers intend to put all blame on Khushi.
Decode ASR: He is 28 years old, Had previous affairs, much more worldly and experienced, yet he loves Khushi. Plain and simple. Not because he wants to but because he can't help but love her. Not the Khushi all bashers would like to see, but the Khushi who is jhalli, crazy, weirdo, giggling or playing pranks on him. He loves her as she is. No one, not even Aishwarya Rai, can grab his attention when Khushi is around. So when he sees a calm and quiet Khushi, he goes and shakes her up. So she can go back to being jhalli. He can read Khushi's action just as Khushi can read his mind. He can tolerate an irritating Khushi but not a quiet Khushi.
Decode Khushi: She is jhalli. We all know her and love her. She is also 18 year old in love with a beastly prince or princely beast depending on ASR's mood. She has always dreamed of fairy tales where her prince will shower his love and attention on her. But her beast/prince does not give either love or attention to her. So what does she do? She irritates him, so he remembers she exists. She does not know that for him, ONLY she exists... She prefers a shouting, annoyed ASR to a calm ASR who ignores her.
Decode Arnav and Khushi: Both love each other and each have different way of expressing love. He wants Khushi to be jhalli so he can shout at her and can easily hide his feelings and she wants Arnav to be annoyed so she knows he is not ignoring her. The show is aptly named, "Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon."
So dear bashers, they don't have to arrange their love to fit your preconceived notions. Not every love needs a name. Some loves are just as beautiful just the way they are. Like I mentioned before, if Arnav has no problem with jhalli Khushi and Khushi has no problem with grumpy ASR, why you are having problem with them. Their life, their love... To echo someone's comment, Tenu ki farq painda hai?
Thanks for all the likes and lovely comments. I really appreciate it... 😊 Just thought I'd mention here, that we are talking about two very unusual people. ASR is not your typical hero and Khushi is not your typical heroine. The reason so many people like them because they have flaws and human qualities just like regular people, yet capable of loving each other's faults. That is unique and truly wonderful. I wish people could see and appreciate that.
