so very very well said!

the mundane is not always nice...at least for me different is what brought me to the show...not a ditzy tried and tested scripted love story...which is what leaves me confused when i see all the negativity...hope your post brings back the perspective fer them all...

I agree.. There are plenty of same type of show running in various channels. If that's what you prefer, there are plenty of them to choose from. But the reason we all love this show is because it's unique characters and they never behave the way you expect them to. The best examples are,

1. the Diwali scene... In any other show, it would have been a kiss and confession... But it never turned out like that...

2. Khushi feels her dhak dhak... Any other show will show the character knowing she is in love... But not our jhalli... she named it Acidity...

3. Then remember the time when Khushi threw hot tea on Arnav, and remember how she said sorry? (Aapki jooton mein joooce...) Can you imagine any other character from any other show saying sorry in such a charming and innocent way? Imagine Arnav's reaction (flabbergasted), To kya dupatta pakadna chahiye tha? Can you imagine any other character from any other show portraying surprise and startled look in such a cute way?

That's precisely why IPKKND is IPKKND...

Only one thing..Arnav is 26 mentioned in the show and Khushi is 20+ (some say close to 25 as she commented saving for buying a saree during Holi)..

But your comments still work...ur outlook and experiences make you who u are and not age and for Arnav to be so successful he has to be wordly...and Khushi although mature is brought up in a small town in a simple environment.

Hi Jessa,

I'm going by the show outline given in star plus website. She mentioned during Holi that she is saving to buy a saree on her 25th birthday. Considering she has so far just saved Rs.200 (as she had to borrow Rs.300 to buy colour) I think her 25th birthday is far far away. She is poor and had to support her family, so she could have started saving early. But I agree, it's your outlook and experience which makes who you are. :)
