Do you see any shows on Indian TV with good strong middle aged male characters In that sense I feel Parichay is a platform for him to do good work, even if it is only about 1 scene a day. Still, barring like 2 shows where the leads are middle aged, the only thing I see on TV are 20 something men carrying/ catching 20 something women from falling down 😆 At least Samir gets to face off with Thakral every now and then 😆

So basically, "beggars cannot be choosers'? Accept the less than perfect crap bcz there isnt much choice? That isnt even an argument in my book! The sole reason I watch Parichay is for the straight backed, highly principled Kunal Chopra, who crashed his entire life rather than bend his principles. Im romantic enough to believe that men like Kunal exist in real life too. I havent watched Bigg Boss but was given to believe that Samir won accolades there. I'd rather remember him for past accolades than the debacle that Parichay is turning out to be.
Coming to the writers, I've said it before & I wont shy away from saying it again, there isnt a shred of creativity left in this sorry, old, used-up lot. They need to be retired with full honors & sent home to play with their grand children.
Ekta Kapoor needs to find some fresh talent, fast.

*Clarification*
Just so Im not misunderstood here... Im not asking or wishing that Samir Soni leaves Parichay. I'm simply hoping that he reacts to the -ve feedback, takes action, grabs the writers by their necks, ala kunal & brings about the desperately needed change😉 He deserves it & so do we.

Fari, there is a lot to be said in favor of and against your argument. I am not saying beggars can't be choosers. Of course they can be. But then they have to have the balls to make their choices happen. I don't know what good grabbing the writers by their necks will do. They are after all hired help. As are the creatives. I wonder who then makes the decisions? Because it their real and proverbial necks that we need to grab - meaning the TRPs.😉

As far as Samir is concerned, he is taking an informed call that this is what he wants from his life and he is willing to compromise on it. What makes us think we know better and should tell him otherwise? I am sure he is smart enough to realize that he is suffering a lot of crap for the sake of some good things that are coming his way. Perhaps that's how he wants to live his life. I am sure there are men like Kunal Chopra in real life. I have seen several. But may be Samir Soni doesn't want to be one of them. Fair enough. I don't claim to know any better to tell him what to do.😊

Simply no parichay without Sameer Soni.None can replace him.Even in ystd epi which many dislikd his scenes were the one we will like to watch again.Thanal scene n loving sinal scene enough to keep TRP's high.cv's hav undrstd this that's why no attention to where the story is heading. We parichayans wil watch as long he is present how much ever we blame the cv's. 😲

I believe, those highly touted body parts made their presence felt in BB...was basing my argument on the premise that you can't keep a good man down. He proved it once, he'll do it again. Because it their real and proverbial necks that we need to grab - meaning the TRPs.😉 Sadly that includes you & me😲

In that case from now on, I should only comment on posts that praise Kunal not Samir What makes us think we know better and should tell him otherwise? I am sure he is smart enough to realize that he is suffering a lot of crap for the sake of some good things that are coming his way. Perhaps that's how he wants to live his life. I don't claim to know any better to tell him what to do.😊 Yeah, to each his own & the devil take the hindmost
