The whole court case and its proceeding has been very dumb and very illogical so far. It was hard for everyone to see Rishi turn lawyer without any practice overnight and Radhe as assistant to fight a such an important case.
The whole rape case and the fight for justice is totally flawed. There aren't many rape cases whose fate is decided by eye witness ? This is not a panchayat raj, where the surpanch asks for a eye witness to nail the culprit. In any rape case, the victim is the only eye witness and that needs medical backup to punish the accused.
Every case has a motive, but neither party wants to touch upon that, they are just hooked up with eye witness, while the eye witness is father whose word is not much of importance as a family member can fabricate witness and the judge can dismiss such eye witness.
The important aspect was medical reports and usually traces of semen is found and crossed checked with the accused semen and that becomes a key evidence for rape.
This rape case makes you wonder if this is a rape or murder case as to why so much importance is taken for eye witness.. Why not take the victim word and the motive for rape with the medical proof ?
What does HD CV's are trying to tell us ? that eye witness is more important than anything else ?
